Been here a few times now & it never disappoints. Everyone I have brought here has agreed that the drinks, service, cleanlinesses & the restrooms of Spyglass is just perfection.Music is also great!Range of martinis & classic drinks are perfect - there is a drink for everyone.I will continue to come back to Spyglass every time I come to blackpool!

If I could give this place a minus I definitely would!!! We have visited the spy glass a couple of times in the past and have been really pleased with the staff and ambiance of the place but yesterday was a total disaster! We were in a group of six adults and ordered drinks for 2 and a bottle of wine for the rest of us ! After 15 minutes no wine had arrived so I went to the bar and asked if there was a problem! The so called manager told me they hadn’t got the wine we wanted so I ordered a bottle of pink champagne (£110 ) after 5 minutes the bottle was served in a wine chiller with 4 wine glasses!!!!! We told him we wanted champagne flutes to which he seemed annoyed ? ! He then got us the flutes put them on the table and walked off leaving us to uncork the champagne? The lighting was really bright and the music was something similar to a cheap rave ! A couple walked out who had been waiting at least 15 minutes!!! This place has really gone down hill and the guy in charge deserves the sack !! We will not be going here ever again!

I visited the spyglass bar in blackpool this evening (29/02/2024) for two cocktails. Just looking at my payment history, it seems that I have been overcharged for the two cocktails.I ordered a Tequila Sunrise and a Mochito for £8.75 each. But the payment has come to £19.75I'm not sure where this extra £2.25 charge has come from. I checked my bill at the table and it only listed these two items, there were no additions listed on the bill such as a voluntary service charge or anything extra, I wouldn't have paid this anyway as we had to wait for a very long time for our cocktails despite being the only customers.The payment was taken from the following account:MR H T R CROSS0158683140-44-02Card ending in 7285Please if you could refund me for this over charge.

Fantastic cocktail bar with a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Food was excellent as well.The decor is also really on point and unique. Really recommend dropping by for a drink. Thanks

Having had a fair number of cocktails this year in many bars, the pricing here was very competitive. The mock tails were really good. Staff attentive and we enjoyed it so much we kept going back. Quiet compared to other bars, but this made it better for us as we could relax. Had the antipasti platter which was good value for money and was enjoyable.

Not bad, but could be so much better with a few simple changes. I want the best for Blackpool friends.Wasn't doing food, not even a cheese board. This place is supposed to have some luxury. Dirty ornaments, dusty light shades, dirty tables and toilets.Waiters very polite but could do better in terms of service. I dont blame the staff, the owner should take staff out anually, atleast once, around some real luxury places (Try Harrogate). Teach, learn and grow, lets put Blackpool back on the map! It's a unique and special place I visit once a year to spend money! Come on! Be the best!!!

Firstly we struggled to get into the place as the door was so stiff we thought it was maybe shut for private function.Upon entering the bar itself & decor is fab ? james bond theme but the service was pretty poor. Our server looked more like a door man, cargo pants a black t-shirt & a blast of deodorant would be nice.Just a thought maybe black trousers white shirt would look more presentable with a bond theme cocktail bar. Our 2 drinks took forever to come, also & there was minimal customers so why it took so long

Come here every year on our annual trip to Blackpool and still to this day think they make the best cocktails I've ever had the staff are great just a great place to go for either a chill out or with a group of friends can not recommend this place

A pretentious bar with perfunctory staff. Not unfriendly but a little stilted in their approach to customer service. Good decor let down by attention to detail in cleaning (dusty light fittings in the main bar area). Not the cheapest bar but we weren’t looking for that. What did expect was a warm welcome but instead were greeted with indifference. I really hope it can turn it around as the potential of an upmarket bar on the Blackpool promenade is huge!

Firstly the door, what is that all about?! We thought the place was closed as you had to shoulder the door to physically open it. We only got in as as we were walking away another family coming out told us the door was really stiff. When we did get in the music was blaring but logged into the batman's phone so it kept pinging. The cocktails are Premium priced but mediocre at best and disappointing. I had a pina colada Served in a warm, cloudy "glass" with no garnish. Another couple walked in, looked at the prices and left, honestly wish we had done the same.
