At least this Subway had gluten free bread available. Bit annoying you can’t get a gluten free meal deal - lots of crisps and tortillas are GF just not Walkers / Doritos used hereDietary restrictions: GF bread available but meal deal items (crisps / cookies) aren’t GF so end up not great value £17 for 2 footlong GF subs with drinks.

The manager of this franchise can't even be bothered to update their opening times on Google maps. Wasted my time travelling to a closed business from the Promenade. Domino's pizza is closer, better and has the correct opening times advertised.F U Subway!

Went to shop only to be told no toasting no onions no coffee and no tea. The service was awful, the staff was on their phones all the time and the toilets was disgusting the toilet had not been cleaned for weeks with the look of it. I will not be using that subway again.

Shocking customer service. Rude, unprofessional manager berated a younger member of staff who clearly had not been trained properly. Sunday 29th January. This was after she stopped cleaning the toilet loudly, whilst there was a queue of 4 people. Food was fine. Staff a big problem.

Shockingly bad. Ordered via deliveroo. Didn't get sandwich I ordered. Wrong crisps and no drink! Trying to get a refund is rediculous. Pay almost £10 for a sandwich. Diabolical!

I ordered ahead and had never used this particular location, upon arrival to collect my order, the floor had not been cleaned, covered in food debris and dried spills, 3 large flies were buzzing around the salad, and I was informed that they were out of milk so I couldn't get my large latte I ordered, I suggested I take a Pepsi instead, and then there was no tubs for my dips for my wedges, rather than go without, the sandwich artist squirted a little bit of BBQ on them (Totally forgetting the blue cheese dressing which I only discovered once I got out of there.) I then mentioned I should be due some sort of refund, (as the Pepsi is obviously a lot cheaper than a large latte.) He just looked at me and threw my receipt in the bin. I had to ask him to reprint it for me. In their defence, they only had one member of staff working, but the overall state of the place was unclean, and I found the service lacking. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
