The food came out cold, sent it back and they happily changed it but was not much better, left there disappointed, the staff were lovely and friendly and great service, but the food is a big disappointment, definitely won't be going back there

Very nice restaurant, was surprised to find this in Blackpool as the standards very were very high. I had the bacon cheese burger which was recommended on an article when I was googled The Bank Bar and GrillThe burger was lovely and juicy and not at all over done, the meat was a nice medium rare with a pink hue to it and a good price of about £14, which a choice of chunky chips, fries, spicy fries or paprika seasoned fries.This is a restaurant I'd expect to find in the heart of Manchester city centre or somewhere quaint like York.The staff were nice and friendly too and had some banter with you, normally I don't go to Blackpool because I'm not a fan of the vibe but when I wass eating my food I forgot I was in Blackpool.If i ever get dragged back to Blackpool for any reason I'd definitely go back here for tea.

The team at The bank were attentive without being overbearing, polite and courteous, they were genuinely interested to know if we enjoyed our experience dining with them... which we did ?. The Bank is a great place to eat and unwind away from the hustle of the main strip. The food was excellent (fish finger sandwich, ham and cheese toasty and Nicoise salad, side of paprika fries) and very tasty and also competitively priced. The Bank were also very welcoming to our little boy and made him feel extra special with a side plate of fruit to eat before his lunch came out. We'd like to extend our warmest gratitude to the team there for a lovely customer experience, thank youKid-friendliness: The team at The Bank actively engaged our 4 year old in conversation and also noticed he loved eating the fruit slice in his cold drink so brought him a selection plate of fruit to enjoy before his lunch came out which was a lovely gesture

First time trying The Bank bar and grill. A warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walked in the place. Staff where pleasant from the second we walked in. The food was absolutely amazing, from the starters to the dessert ?. The drinks were flowing. The cocktails were stunning. All in all 100%, staff, food, atmosphere were outstanding. Highly recommend ?

Went here at the weekend. Had a slight issue with a steak not being cooked quite enough. Staff couldn’t have been better in dealing with it. Fresh steak brought back with extras! Really pleased and will definitely be back when we’re back in Blackpool ?

Simply Brilliant. Been coming Blackpool for years and this is the best.I came here because of the reviews and its accurate. 6 of us and i approached front door customers coming out saying how good it was. I had Slrloin Steak which was cooked to perfection. the 6 of us joked about guessing our bill which ranged between £170 - £220. It came to £137 including tips. OMG Brilliant. And to top it off the staff were very entertaining. Gem of a restaurant. will defo 100% come again and recommend to friends.
