Unfortunately on our first visit this was a let down. The place was quiet tonight but we still ordered on the app as my friend has severe anxiety and this makes it easier on him. After 10 minutes of sitting and watching a conversation between staff at the bar we had to approach them to get our drinks although ordered on the app. OK these then came to us and the guy who served looked like he was going on his break so thank you for taking time to come to us.He then bought the food to the table and was friendly enough. We had to ask for an extra fork as one had been missed but that weren't a problem. But my mixed grill. Chicken was nice. Gammon though. If I'd thrown it at the wall it would have bounced back like a rubber ball it was that bad. The steak as well was burnt although I was hungry and worked round the burnt bits. One of the all day breakfast I believe was good but the other one had a lot to be desired. If I was to return I'd have to be assured this wouldn't happen again but as it is. I will not be returning anytime soon.

What a dreadful and awful pace this is. Visited Blackpool for the weekend. Popped in on a Friday night and it wasnt busy yet there were dishes etc just left on the tables. One person serving behind the bar whilst another just rolled a cigarette watching. 3 or more staff just walking about and not even cleaning the tables. Only had 2 beers on and well Wasn't a great experience.

Wouldn't recommend the mixed grill, absolutely vile. Myself and family visited for food and drink. We all had various meals. The meat on the mixed grill inedible so we basically paid for a few chips. The chicken was disgusting and full of water. When we complained the barman offered us a free drink which didn't quite cut it. Drinks are fine but will never eat here again. No wonder the place is empty

Table service too longer for drinks better going to bar seemed short staffed priorities seemed to be at the bar rather than the table serving we waited 20 minutes each order for our drinks to arrive both timesWheelchair accessibility: Doors open wide ground floor

Lovely bar with small seating area opposite north pier, looking over the sea. Lovely and clean, great draft real ale. Went twice for a quick drink during day and early evening and both time staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming.
