I absolutely love this Brewer’s Fayre, Manager Chris is outstanding, I eat alone every Wednesday and have done for 12 months (as my Wife and mates are of course working) I was in a foul mood yesterday but Chris really cheered me up by just doing his job well, I hope one day he asks me my name. But although he doesn’t yet know it, he is an outstanding employee.Thank You

It was a very busy night for the staff. Despite that the food arrived at a reasonable time and was good. Staff did their best and were friendly and

We ordered a three course festive meal it took one hour thirty minutes to get our meal we had to ask when the next course was coming when the main meal came it was cold the place is a joke the service leaves a lot to be desired today we went back ordered a mix grill with steak upgrade meal came no upgrade steak burnt eggs congealed sent it back waited another fifteen minutes had to ask were it was when it did come out the eggs were exactly the same as when it was sent back and they had hidden the burnt steak under the upgraded steak that wasn't sent out in the first place, will not be eating here again.

We were greeted at the door when we entered this establishment. On first impressions was extremely clean and welcoming. The bar maid was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Ordered our food on the 2 for £11.49 menu since this was a cheaper menu I was expecting smaller portions. However I was rather surprised when I got a full portion. The food was lovely and well worth a visit!!

Hang about, this was my first visit to a Brewers Fayre for Breakfast (must've led a very sheltered life) and oh my days it was excellent. Paid just £9.99 for unlimited full breakfast, toast, drinks fruit, yoghurts etc. I didn't have to ask for brown sauce which is always a winner also I did not have any issue with the drinks machine or toaster which invariably occurs at other venues. Food of good quality but hey it wasn't The Ritz but then again I'm not paying £30 for a slice of bacon. All you could wish for under one roof.

Brewers Fayre Yeadon way BlackpoolWe went to Brewers Fayre Yeadon Way today after a show in Blackpool. We arrived about 16.15 was met by a non smiling lady, asking us if we had booked, we advised no. Felt unwelcome from entry. We sat down and looked at the menu and ordered for 4 people at 16.34. At about 17 15 I went to enquire about our food and the excuse the ticket must have jammed in the till which we didn't believe. My wife had a carvery and had finished it because we waited so long. Finally we got the 3 meals at 17.35.Meal 1The burger meal was cold the burgers x2 hard and dried out, the cheese looked Anemic and horrible. The burgers didn't look like 2x quarter pounders. Just normal bland tasteless meat.Chips warm basically a waste of time and money that meal.Meal 2Smothered Chicken no sauce whatsoever it was dried up and looked and tasted awful my son advised.Meal3Sausage and MashMash was horrible sausages cheap and tasteless.Staff looked miserable 3 x youngish lads. The only guy that was pleasant was the guy carving the carvery meatThe veg on the carvery dried out and roasties dry and some shrivelled up and burnt.I made a complaint to a lady cleaning who to be fair was apologetic and offered sweets as a gesture. But to be honest we should have been refunded for all the food.I had a voucher 40% off mains but the food the staff and atmosphere was all below standard.I've never seen such miserable staff. We will never use this Brewers Fayre ever again and we feel we should be fully refunded the £41.47. That was the price after the 40%on mains.I horrible experience we shall not forget ????

When we visited it wasn't very busy so little 'atmosphere' but the service was good, food was good and we enjoyed our visit. Restaurant situation is suited more for getting there by car as there appears to be no public transport nearby.

Food isn't the best, but it's decent enough. They have a play area (soft play) for children which is ideal having 2 young children. The staff in there are all lovely and friendly. Clean establishment. And for the money its well worth it.

They were very busy and perhaps were some staff down, but those on duty remained friendly under pressure. Took a while to get served, but once sat down the tasty, good value food arrived reasonably quickly. I'm sure on another day, when they're not bombed out, I'd give 5 stars. Cheers :-)

Great place for a quiet meal. Food is decent too. The manager is brilliant & looks after the customers. Pleasant guy.Been many times taking advantage of the 33% discount. Must try the unlimited breakfast one day too!

Has issues with 2 of the 3 main meals to which were both the same. Spoke with Chris (restaurant manager). All the issue were resolved and agreed the meals were under par Well and truly happy with his response very professional and honest.

Not sure what has changed in the last 12 months but I'm staying at the Premiere Inn next door so have breakfast and evening meals here, had Sunday lunch,Carver was very stingy with the meat, not sure what I ate at the carvey but something didnt agree with me,Monday morning was an absolute gong show, turned up at 9.30 for breakfast I'm not sure if they were short staffed but the place was wall to wall packed,no eggs,no sausage you couldn't have a proper cooked breakfast, the few staff on seemed very stressed, not sure what the issue was in kitchen why no food?I did have to take imodium Monday due to what ever I had eaten here Sunday lunchtimeWe had no choice but to return for evening meal on Monday as we are on the meal deal, then there was more staff on than in the morning, which makes no sence, with how mornings are so busy.I have been coming to Blackpool for many years and always stay at the Premier Inn next door and eat here I've never had a problem until this year, I'm thinking this will be my last time here as it's not the same as other years.
