Absolutely shocking treatment after being ignored for a good 15 minutes upon walking in, the place was absolutely filthy and stunk of staffs body odours, treated so rudely and they thought we were drinking and we are clean and respectable and completely teetotal

DO NOT USE…... I ordered meal deal 5 and was told that it would be 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I was still waiting so I called them again. I was told my meal was being bagged up and would be with me in 5-10 minutes.When my meal turned up it was wrong, I was given meal deal 4, which is not what we wanted.I rang them again and was told they would deliver the missing items in 30 minutes. I told the gentleman ( I use the term lightly ) that we wanted to have all that was ordered at the same time and if we waited the meal would be cold. I said I wanted it all together now.With that I was subjected to a torrent of abuse ( I was called a C#¥ t, and told to F#+k off. ) Never have I encountered such a rude, ignorant person working in the food trade.I went to the shop and got my money back. When I went to the shop I was subjected to more abuse and given the middle finger. I got my money back.I would advise people NEVER to use this takeaway unless you like the wrong meal and verbal abuse. If

Ordered from yum yum for a family of four. Had a kebab, pizza, curly fries, garlic mushroom and a calzone, used the just eat app and was give a time for delivery at 45 mins to 1hr. Received a text at 1hr to say it would be another 20 minutes, 1 and half hours went by and still no food so I phoned them, the worker who answered the phone was very short telling me the driver was on the way then put the phone down before I could say much more. After 1 and ¾ hrs wait and two very hungry kids the food arrived, the kebab, fries and calzone were good quality and warm but the kids pizza had burnt cheese on top and both had a few bites before saying they didn't like the burnt taste which I agreed with. The mushroom were disgusting a layer of burnt cheese, mushrooms that tasted off and a layer of grease at the bottom, really wouldn't recommend them, came to £34 in total which wasn't too bad for what we ordered. Would not order from them again due to quality, poor delivery time and bad phone manner.

"I recently visited Yum Yums, a local kebab shop that I had heard positive reviews about. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From start to finish, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.To begin with, the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order and waited for what felt like an eternity for it to arrive. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service, with no apologies for the delay or explanation of why my order was taking so long.When my order finally arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the presentation of the food. My kebab looked like it had been hastily thrown together and lacked any real attention to detail. The meat was overcooked and dry, the salad was wilted and looked like it had been sitting in a container for far too long, and the sauce was runny and tasted bland. I ordered, I waited around an hour. The food never turned up but was marked as delivered. I called the restaurant the guy kept saying the number of my house wrong and didnt know anything about the order. Then he said it had been delivered. It had not !I was told to wait outside the address, so I stood in the freezing cold for 20 minutes no on arrived again! I rang them back.I was then told I have had the order even though they had just started they would send it me. I could hear another male In the back ground saying it would take too long to cook that now !I was then informed there is nothing they could do after waiting an hour and a half and spending money that hasn't been refunded for something that hasn't been delivered.NEVER AGAIN. The worst food service I've ever had!

Very nice people. When I ordered 2 cans of pop and asked them to replace one of the cans with a bread roll, they gave me 2 cans but gave me a bread roll for free :) thank you for that by the way

Burger was alright tho sauce was very watery and the cheesy chips even being a large had barely any cheese and no salt or vineger options. Was late when I ordered so that may have had some inpact. Could be better food was warm at best on arrival
