Difficulty getting up the stairs and through the door with a pram. It was busy so took a while to be seated, even longer to be served, with limited high chairs.Food took over 45mins to be served, despite being nothing fancy. My toddler's food took even longer to come out, which I think any decent parent would prefer their child's food to come first. Had to enquire how long it would be, as she was getting restless.Service & communication style from older lady on the till could be described as 'rude' and it was off-putting. I only went because my sister had told me how good it was there, only to leave disappointed. My sister apologised on behalf of the place for the experience and I haven't returned since. Would not recommend. Clearly popular with the older generations though, so could have been an 'off' day.

This is Val McNamara's Niece - Claire. I always came in to the Cafe every Saturday Afternoon with my Auntie : Val McNamara as she always took me to your Cafe for your Dinner as we always spent spent every Saturday together as we really enjoyed spending Quality time together as she always took me food shopping to Tesco's Supermarket and your Food is out of this World as I always enjoyed my Dinner there all the time and I'm missing the Staff so much and I just wanted to let you know that I'm getting Married this Year to my Boyfriend who I'm living with in Bury and I will come and see you soon. P.s Can't wait for you to Meet my Boyfriend as he treats me like a Princess at home as he won't let me do anything at home. My Uncle Phil recently Passed away at home from CANCER as he Died at home in front of my Auntie Val and I don't keep in Contact with her any more as I didn't go to my Uncle's Funeral as it was Heartbreaking for me to Attend. Hope that Your all ok and I will get down to Little Lever when I can. I Love you so much
