I came to my friend I tasted the food yesterday it was really amazing..Good taste,Very nice serving....worth it for given money...Every one near Padiham should try it....

Got 3 pcs chicken,chips ,apple pie,strawberry shake and ice cream....Chicken was dry, probably cooked an hour ago and left under the hot light.Apple pie had no taste.Strawberry shake was very bland.Ice cream looked like it had defrosted and frozen again.....I've been going here for 20 years and I've watched it slowly go downhill I'm not ordering from here anymore.It's a shame considering they used to be good.Guys you need to sort this out because us customers pay your wages.

Ordered over the phone asked for no chicken legs but got them anyway, wasn’t an issue bit in to the chicken it was bright pink, called up and complained sent a new one, but who wants a new one when the first one was raw??Chips was cold, gravy cold, and forgot the drinks.

Ordered £16 worth of food, took an hour to arrive, must have been ready ten minutes after order, as on arrival it was luke warm and soggy.On return call for replacement/refund, was told "it had arrived 10m ago, why are you calling now" (30s after shutting the door on the delivery driver)

I'm not a fan at all, chips are usually floppy/soft and not fresh, alot of the meat is hard because it's been ready and warm for ages, burgers are dry as anything & the ribs are far to tough, we used to order a bit as my kids enjoy it. Initially had problems with the phone service offered here months ago however it as improved 100%. The food is great, staff are polite and although my last review was negative l have now revised my review to a much more positive one as the food and service are now both first class.
If u ring up u can not pay bey card for delivery and u have to go to store to pay by card

21 May we ordered 8 pieces of chicken plus chips. For years we have bought chicken from them (thighs and drumsticks as we dont eat the white meat). We have never had a problem except this time. We had.1drumstick 2 thighs and all the rest was very dry wings and breast. Chips were also dry. Phone and complained about the disgusting meal and the lady manager put the phone down on me. Won't be going back but will now support Daddy's in Padiham.

Amazing chicken burgers and red salt chips.I highly recommend it, great service but the atmosphere was quite messy.With tinsel hanging down the windows but other than that great.Only waited 5 minutes then was off again home.But safe to say though I would stick with Aladdin’s cave as I highly prefer it more than Caledonian.Kid-friendliness: Be nice and make kid lunch boxes like a happy meal style.Parking: A lot of people have cars but there’s not alot of parking placesWheelchair accessibility: The place is quite small, maybe make it abit bigger so wheelchair ♿️ people can get in.
