Poor customer service I ordered there large kebab with different types of meat and with a nam bread when I ask for the nam bread I was told it didn’t come with but the menu clearly stated nam bread I got one aft an argument also ordered a calzone but ver poor quality not much filling I would definitely not recommend and I would be ordering from this very poor takeaway again

This takeaway used to be a favourite of ours....Oder arrived one curry missing.... Re ordeded came 30 minutes later even though told was on its way...Curries tasteless and 6 pieces of meat in curries.... Better from a jar...Never again..... Rubbish

I ordered 2 items. A pizza with garlic sauce on top and some grilled kebab meat with chilli and garlic sauce on. The pizza arrived without sauce and fell apart when I tried to pick up a slice. The kebab meat didn’t even have the opportunity to wave at the grill and say hello as it went past and also had no sauce. It was old, tough and dripping in grease. Two words sum up the quality and I can’t type either of them without using lots of *. I was told you were the best takeaway in Burnley. I am afraid you’re not even close “Fu**ing Sh*te†are the only words I can use to describe it effectively. Buck your ideas up or shut down and go live in a treehouse doing anything except selling food.

my pizza come burnt!!! £19 on a takeawah to recieve burnt food! I wouldn't even give you 1 start id give you -10 disgraceful... man knocked on the door about 7 times banging while my kids are in bed... discusting

Burger was soggy with dry over cooked meat, the chips were over cooked and also wet and soggy (this is literally just after leaving the shop) I also ordered a tray of doner which was greasy as hell.

Wow what do I say where do I start the place needs shutting down or bull dosing it's a disgrace the staff in there voice you can tell it's a job and not one their keen on overpriced and how they thought the food they sent out was OK, I'm not swearing but do yourselves a favour and cross over the road or tear the page up in the yellow pages. I wudnt give it any stars but wasn't sure I'd be able to let people know how bad the food and service is! RUBBISH

Also it's funny cause 3.60 and 2.40 seem to make 8 quid on a match day... robbing gits I used to really rate this place and now it's trash, just avoid it and go the chippy down the road

I've just ordered a margarita pizza it tasted like off milk looked like it was a frozen pizza rang up to tell them I wasn't happy and all they did was put the phone down safe to say I will never be ordering from there again
