We ordered cookie doughs for delivery, who I think was the restaurant owner called us up to apologise for the ice cream pots being put on the warm cookies and came and delivered us two free cookie doughs again without us even complaining, amazing customer service, thank you!

Stopped in while on a break from work, and as always the staff are amazing! Great bunch of people, friendly, chatty, service with a smile! Got milkshake, biscoff cake and icecream with fresh strawberries and i must say! Some of the best deserts i have come across! 100% reccommend? Much love from your friendly TSOs!

It took 2 hours to come when i live round the corner it cane cold and melted and j couldn't even eat it i just wasted my money on a cold cookie dough and melted ice cream it if u want ur food on time, warm and unmelted this is not the place to come.

the food is so good but I have to complain!!! ordered over the phone 2 and half hour ago, a fondue for 2 and a milkshake they said 1 hour, 1 and a half hour goes by so I ring up they said the delivery driver was on his way and it will be ten minutes, 30 minutes go by I ring them again they kept be on hold for 5 minutes and said the driver is on his way now it will be 10-15 minutes, so I wait again for 30 minutes after all this I had to tell him to leave it as I rang up for the final time and he said 10 minutes. What a joke never ordering again…

Ordered online £60 order.. said 20mins for delivery. They rang after 10mins to say they had no milk cake so had to change order. Then waited 2h for delivery, when we rang (3 times) every time they said they were busy (Sunday night) When order eventually arrived had items missing when rang them nothing they can do.. Will definitely not be ordering again.. Food was acceptable nothing special..

Absolutely terrible... Never known a strawberry shake to have no strawberries in it. Just flavouring apparently. Rip off. No genuine fruit used in any of their shakes.
