Ordered my food for picking up (2 pizzas). Recieved message saying it was ready for picking up. When I arrived they'd only cooked one. No one explained that they'd messed up they simply started making the second pizza and left me sat there to wait for another 20 minutes. No explanation, no apology.By the time they gave me my food, the first pizza (which had been sat there for 25 minutes) had gone cold. They tried to make up for it by giving me two free sides, but I didn't want the sides. I simply wanted my food not being served cold.Poor food. Poor service. Poor shop.

First time eating here in a couple of years... To say it's gone downhill is an understatement! The pizza I got today was awful. Hardly any cheese and loads of peppers just whizzed on, no bbq sauce on the texas bbq too..... I'd heard it was bad but can say 1st hand it's awful! You've been warned!

Ordered arrived without the drink that I’d ordered (drink was part of a deal) and the pizza looked like roadkill that had been sliding round the guys car the whole time. I don’t know what’s happened to Burnley store as it was always good, but last couple of times it’s been shocking, absolutely not worth the money.

Absolutely appalling service and awful attitude;1- order delayed 40 minutes2- Delivery driver said ‘keep your eyes open I’m coming’ when I tried to direct him to the right place3- Wrong order delivered4- Missing items were delivered 30 minutes after the 1st drop off.Never gonna order from here ever again!

Absolutely appalling customer service our order arrived stone cold, rang up straight away and offered a £10 meal voucher for next time. Our order was £40 odd quid. I said no thanks we would like a replacement and they point blank refused. We was given the wrong drink and missing items and the young Asian lady on the phone was getting mouthy being aggressive and talking down to us. Avoid has gone very down hill.

Horrible !!! The pizza was undercooked and the beef was almost non existing. The pizza was not topped good at all!!!

Gone downhill in the last couple of years. The last two orders have contained mistakes including missing items. Topping distribution/quantity is poor compared to domino’s of the past.

Messed up an order and were repeatedly asked to get in touch with me. They didn't. Now the customer service team have said that because it has taken two months, there's no refund. They took two months, not me. Insanely bad customer service when I would've just accepted the part of my order that they messed up, being refunded
