We had such a lovely meal on Saturday afternoon, just wanted to give a shout out to all the bar and waitressing team working that day. All super helpful and friendly, all went out of their way to make sure we had a nice experience. Food amazing as usual, we will be back again soon o doubt.

Food was amazing best around in Burnley. Only downfall was upgrading the chips to loaded was £7.20, getting them separately was £7.50, it was no benefit may aswell have gotten the standard fries within the burger price aswell as the loaded fries. This is something for them to look into or at least advertise differently. You're essentially paying for the burger and chip price and an additional side but not being given the fries that are originally included. However a must visit place to dine in Burnley. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Vegan and other burgers available

Nice downstairs but cold. Toilets are a disgrace and need some money spending on them.

Been a few times, food and atmosphere is great. Staff are always punctual and polite when it comes to serving food / greetings or taking plates away. However waiting for the bill can take up to 10-20 minutes once you're finished with food and clearly ready to leave. It can be hard to try flag staff's attention for the bill, there is room for improvement on this front. Otherwise 5/5!

Ellis's is listed as a wheelchair accessible building, but when I went there tonight, the accessible entrance was locked. My friend went inside and a member of staff unlocked the door, but it was difficult to navigate through a tight space because of the layout of tables etc and as soon as I came into the venue, the door was locked behind me. This meant that when I wanted to leave, a member of staff had to escort me out of the building. As a wheelchair user, this experience left me feeling as though I wasn't welcome in your restaurant. I could understand keeping that entrance locked if it led directly to a "staff only" area, but the door leads directly into the restaurant. That being said, once I got inside, I did enjoy my meal.

We had a pleasant meal with good service. However the offer of 2 for 1 cocktails had restrictions which was not shown, communicated or explained to us. We were also charged £2 extra for having a passionfruit mojito, rather than a normal mojito again nowhere was this explained on the menu. When we queried this, when it came to paying we was told that it is on cocktails and not signature cocktails. Therefore costing us an extra £27. I have attached pictures so others will not be caught out.

Really nice fries with red salt. Fast service and nice and quiet when I was there. I was seated under a heater so I was very warm.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Only one vegan option, which my partner has had before, it was apparently not as good as the other burgers their friends ordered.
