“Really nice food,we ordered the lamb madras which was perfectly spiced and one of the best I have had over 30 years eating madras! Next time i will ask it for more spicy as i like it quite hot but thats just my preference, but the spices was bleanded perfect! The garlic masala and tika masala was also really tasty. And the mixed combo starters again all very good quality and really tasty. Big naan brands nice chutneys. All fresh and hot. Would 100% recommend”

“Had to find a suitable venue for a family gathering and decided to go to Shimlas Spice Burnley.

We had a party of 25 which soon became a party of 28. Management were more than accommodating and happily rearranged some tables for us.

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Emply plates all around after each course.

Staff couldn't be any more accommodating and helpful with the food. As a result I had all of my family compliment the food and how nice the staff engaged with us all.

Family friendly, very intimate and Instagram friendly decor :P

Just want to thank staff and management for an amazing night.

“I ordered Shahee Mossala Desi style. With keema rice. If you like a very tasty curry with a good amount of spice then this is for you. Of all the curries I’ve had this was by far the best. Compliments to the chef. I called them to say the same. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks team keep up the good work”

“We have been going to Usha for 20 or so Years. Never had a bad dish never mind a bad meal. Great, super friendly, helpful staff. Food is always fantastic. Well cooked really tasty and lots of it. Also very reasonably priced and always lots of Cobra! My personal favourite is the Lamb Tarka Bhuna. Brilliant place to eat, love it.”
