Always decent at maccy d's, but they never seem to have milkshakes and half of the restaurant was closed.

Waiting at the drive through chat for a good minute in the rain before anyone answered. Then stuck in a queue for the handout window for 10minutes - then got told to wait at the other handout window where I was waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes for 2 happy meals.... then not even greeted with a 'sorry for your wait' or anything just a face of thunder

id avoid this mcdonald's...for the umpteenth time the order is wrong, missing items and or cold. last time there was no flavour in my milkshake and i got a 80p refund from deliveroo. time before that on the mcds app I got someone else's order that was bland and stuff id never order eg mcflurry with no toppings abs a plain burger instead of a big mac? and was told sorry not our problem when i complained. this time fries were missing and a desert..the member of staff said its not our problem what do you want us to do about it! I said get the orders right?

Food - Good, good portion size and hotAtmosphere - Busy, as it was a weekday lunchtime, and with college across the road, it was heaving!Toilet facilities - Good and clean, RADAR key for disabled toilet.

Popped in after a few days away camping. The staff were friendly, and the food was served in a timely manner. There was a play area outside that my children used and loved. Overall, it's a great, clean restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat.

the food was fantastic! best food i’ve had in a while but when i walked in the cashier shouted “don’t make me release the crocodile” at someone speaking to her. i saw the croc in the men’s toilets around 5 minutes later.

Brain dead staff.. make you wait at the drivd thru then when you place your order they don't have it.Been there a few times and they always run out of something or their machines have broken down. Will never visit again. The franchisee needs to wake up and monitor the staff amd the way they work .

Childrens treat. They enjoyed it, and I thought the ordering and click and collect was really easy.

Every time I use this McDonald's it takes forever. I was the 4th car today and it took 20mins to get through the drive through. I'll be driving to Burnham Gate in future as this place is a disaster.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Burnley McDonald’s, and I must say, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the stinginess with portion sizes to the absence of basic condiments, my visit was nothing short of disappointing.Let’s start with the main issue that truly irked me: the incomplete meal. I ordered a supposedly straightforward 6-piece nugget meal, expecting to receive six tasty chicken nuggets to satisfy my hunger. To my astonishment, I was only given five nuggets! Yes, that’s right, folks—McDonald’s couldn’t even manage to count to six. It’s not rocket science; it’s basic arithmetic. How can a restaurant that prides itself on consistency fail so miserably at such a simple task? I felt shortchanged and cheated out of a nugget. But wait, there’s more. As if the shortage of nuggets wasn’t enough, the absence of ketchup was the final straw. Isn’t ketchup a staple condiment at McDonald’s? Apparently not at the Burnley branch. I had to endure the sad, flavorless experience of eating dry nuggets without any accompanying sauce. It’s as if the restaurant wanted to strip away every ounce of joy that comes with indulging in their food. And let’s be honest, who wants to eat dry chicken nuggets? It’s sacrilege! The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. The staff seemed disinterested and careless, completely oblivious to the fact that they were ruining someone’s dining experience. I understand that fast food establishments can get busy, but that’s no excuse for such sloppy service. As a customer, I expect better. I expect to receive what I pay for—a complete meal with all the necessary components. I expect a basic level of competence from a well-known chain like McDonald’s. Sadly, the Burnley branch failed to meet even the lowest of expectations. In conclusion, the Burnley McDonald’s left me deeply disappointed. From the missing nugget in my meal to the absence of ketchup, the experience was a letdown. If you’re looking for a reliable fast food experience, I suggest you steer clear of this particular establishment. Hopefully, they can learn from their mistakes and provide better service in the future.

Literally the worst McDonalds in this country. Items always missing. Cold food. Ignorant staff. Waiting ages. Food chucked together.... The list goes on and on! You would think a huge chain restaurant like this and all the complaints higher management would look into improvements. Place is a joke !
