If I could give 0 I would. Ordered 3 pizza and a calzone. The calzone had raw dough. When I called they said no it’s not, I told them I would come and have them look at it but it’s raw and would like a new one. They still refused to have a new one ready and said they want to see it first. Wasted another 30 min on driving. They then rudely took the calzone of me and said it’s fine. I told them to touch it since it literally was raw dough you could role. Asked for a refund since I did not want it and they said they can’t because I paid on card. They offered a new one but after arguing that I do not want another calzone after their horrendous customer service they then gave me one. Would NOT recommend. Better places around that do same quality pizza and much better customer service

BOTH BURGERS WAS IN A SORRY STATE.IT WAS SQUASHED NO BEEF RASHER THE ONIONS WERE NOT CARAMELISED THEY WERE RAW, IT WAS DROWNING IN SAUCE AND THE PORTION OF CHIPS WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR A 5 YEAR OLD LET ALONE AN ADULT.NOT IMPRESSEDSAFE TO SAY DEFINITELY NOT GOING THEIR AGAIN!DEFINITELY LOADS OF FAKE REVIEWS ON HERE

Family felt like some grilled food while in the Burnley area.I have been here before in the past both to mixed reviews so I just wanted to try it again an hoped for some improvement.I got the mixed sizzler on chips an we also got the grilled chicken burger meal.Chicken burger was spot on no complaints but I just do not like the chips they use, they are very oily and also with the mix sizzler alot of the steak was over chewy.I said i wanted chilli an chutney sauce but not as much as they put on they plastered it with sauce so couldnt even taste the grill taste.Lovely place and I hope it improves but for me wasnt my favourite grilled option hence why the 3 stars from me.
Giving it a 2 coz the food was ok or else it deserved a minus. Placed the order on their website although I'm in a 3 mile radius it come up with a delivery charge. Paid fit it n website told me it will be here 6:05 waited 6:15 called to be told we r busy it will take another 15 mins. So waited 6:40 called back to be told its on its way should be 10 mins. 7:08 called again to be told its driver has left and will be there any minute. He arrived at 7:22 no sauce which I paid extra for wrong can n driver very very rud. Pathetic absolute pathetic

Nightmare and a half, ordered a calzone they gave us a pizza instead. Absolute no health and hygiene as there was a hair in the chicken which was also pink from inside!!!!! Horrible experience especially as I am new in the area. Never going to go here again. Absolute waste of time and money!!!!!

Received a menu through the post that states free delivery over £10 within 3 miles radius. I'm just over a mile from the shop. Looked on reviews on here. Thought yes let's try this place. Just rang up was going to spend over £40 and straight away I was told there would be a £2.50 charge for delivery. Before taking my order. Why put an leaflet through doors with lies surely tell the truth and I would still pay it it was the lies that made us not go here. Very bad customer service. Also if we go on just eat it's free delivery over £40 so surely you would extend that courtesy to telephone orders. Very bad service received.
