Just ordered a curries on premier for the kids to share and asked for a mild curries come full of chillies and none of us can even eat it.. rang up & they said ‘oh yeah, think it was a bad line and we made it hot & put extra chillies’. Laughed about it & refused to exchange & then put the phone down! Awful customer service! £30 down the drain & not one of us can eat it! Defo won’t order from there again. Premier Curries Burnley!!!

This takeaway would rightly deserve 5 stars for their food , it is fantastic, the issue is , the guy who answers the phone is one ignorant piece of work, Iv complained about him to other staff members and they’ve agreed,, so I can’t understand why he’s still front of house, he’s rude , belligerent, aggressive and would be better suited working as a police officer, he has all the qualities they posses these days , so apologies to the rest of the staff , I won’t be calling again ,,

If I could give more stars I would.I get premier curries every weekend due to the brilliant food, cheap prices and friendly staff. In particular I visited to pick up my weekly curry and some of the staff were eating as they had been fasting all day, he offered me to sit with him and gave me some of the food he had been waiting all day to eat. They offered me a free drink while I waited ( only for 5 minutes may I add) and even though I said it was okay they still gave me one. The kindness I experienced is not something you see often these days and is why I have been going to premier for 2 years now. Definitely the best curry in Burnley, I would highly recommend.
