Another excellent meal : smothered platter this time. It's becoming my favourite Burnley venue.

Didn't enjoy place needs a good clean. £4.50 per child for the soft play which comprises of 1 slide is ridiculous!

Friend's group meet on a busy Sun afternoon. Queued up at bar to order drinks, later I ordered dessert for 99p from the kid's menu as I didn't want a lot, bargain!

Walked in, no greeting, asked for a table for 2 the waitress just walked off and expected us to follow without asking us to follow. The place is rather dirty, it has "velcro carpets" and when we were shown to a table we decided not to eat as the place smelt so bad so I can't comment on the food.I was surprised at the state of the place and the Premier Inn it served, I would avoid as there are others choices not far away.

Visited the Queen Vic yesterday with my husband and some friends for lunch my friends opted for the 2 mains for £11.49 but we decided to order off the mains menu because we thought we'd get a bit more and that would fill us for the day that was a mistake, my friends order came they ordered curry and rice and the portion was better than what we got. I opted for chicken and ham pie with mash and peas, the pie was nice, mash was bit watery, not a generous portion, peas not bad, gravy quite watery £11.79, my husband ordered the fish pie, it came in like a cereal dish, the dish was on a big plate and the peas on the big plate at the side of the dish, not worth the £12.59 at all, asked if wanted bread and butter but declined the 99p for it. £2.75 for 16oz diet coke. All in all very disappointed. Wouldn't go again.

I tried the vegan burger since I'm trying to reduce my meat intake, but I was violently sick when I got home. I'm never sick off food and not had any issues from other meat alternatives either. Have to put this down to this restaurant. Never again.

Food and service was excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to negotiate a wheelchair. Plenty of tables at ground level.

I visit the Queen Victoria restraunt twice a week, and have done for a few years. Every Mon/Tues lunchtime I fetch a young lady with special needs in for her lunch. Although she always has the same meal every visit, it's always good well presented and hot All the staff know us, however I feel one member of staff inparticular always takes time to acknowledge us in a welcoming and friendly way. Nothing is too much trouble for EMILY, and I would like to thank her personally and also on behalf of my client who is non verbal. Emily is a credit to your team.

Very impressed with the queen Victoria brewers fayre. I went with my wife and two of our sons for breakfast. Value for money is incredible, the boys are for free and cost £17.98 for me to have unlimited cooked breakfast and wife went for the continental one, including drinks. The food was really good, and there were even mushrooms to choose from.Really pleasant atmosphere and the staff were very helpful.Nice restaurant and will go again in summer to eat outside next to the canal. Our only minor disappointment was the toilets, they need a few quid spending on them to smarten them up and needed a deep clean.Overall recommended highly for value, setting and quality. Will be visiting again very soonKid-friendliness: ?

All pretty good really. There are areas away from the play area so if you’re not going for that you can easily be away from it.
