The cookie dough was wayy too sweet it too sugary but the ice cream was ok. The Victoria sponge cake was not fresh at all and very dry sponge with too much sugar.

Made a home delivery, one of the Cookie doughs were completely burnt and they still sent it out, the raspberry ripple milkshake had hardly any raspberry flavour in it, the ice cream was melted as the tubs were placed on top of the hot cookie dough, the order took an hour to arrive, the last time I delivered home it took close one and a half hour. Really poor service lately.

Fly in ice cream tub rang to explain not helpful at all just gave attitude never had a problem before. but a fly in food that’s like not on at all. It isn’t like it’s cheap food.please look in pictures on review to see the fly in cup of ice cream I’ve frozen this and I’m going to give to food hygiene standards just not on and then told they don’t care I ain’t doing this for refund doing this so other people ain’t eating flys n god knows what elseBut just thought maybe it’s a free topping

Update: 10th October 2021I'm downgrading my review from 5 star to 1 star for 1 reason only.No card payments. In this day and age its stingy not to accept card. Went as a family and spent nearly £40, but had to go nearest cash machine for some cash.It's been like this for a while so definitely not a technical issue.2019 Review:Excellent place, very clean and tidy, all the tables were spotless. Service excellent, the lady explained the offers on. Perfect for some desert

The presentation of the place is very nice and new. A lot of effort has been put into it. But the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. The Kinder Cookie Dough was missing the white chocolate buenos and the Belgian white chocolate sauce, so at least the two major parts of the ingredients of what we ordered.Apparently they're open 11am to 11pm, seven days a week. I fail to see how a place focusing on desserts can have such long opening's hours, and until such a late time as well. I don't know, perhaot this is a place for laundering money, because with the output of food quality, or lack thereof, I doubt they'll stay in business.
