Just watched the young lad take 20 minutes to put a sandwich together. I have a 30 minute break so had to leave without being served. There was only me and one other person in. Unbelievable how u manage to find such lifeless staff

When busy the quality of service seems to drop considerably, as does the food prep.When it's not busy food and service is 5 star.

The guy behind the counter was nice and in need of a bath. The shop is absolutely filthy. The tills, keyboard and the glass is all greasy and dirty. I now see why it’s always empty.
I came at 5pm and the seating area was closed should close at time subway closes so went elsewhere. 5pm is early close. The lad cleaning was friendly though.

Have to say the very very worst I've ever had at subway.Staff look clueless.Sandwiches were thrown together.Food was really poor quality.No sauces in the stand had to ask to get them out. This is at 2 pmNo cups for drinks.Never ever ever going here again.
