It's a real shame I have to leave a low score. The food from Kebab lab is second to none, when they get it right. But they NEVER do. The owner is a lovely man, but just does not listen to the basics. Every order there is either something missing, or the wrong sauce on the kebabs for example. I only like chilli sauce, for some reason multiple times it has come with garlic mayo - and that's when I've been in the shop so no excuse! The last time I got a delivery, guess what garlic mayo. When I called to complain I was told "can you just not eat it". I said no, I want a replacement and was told I had got what I had ordered, that I had asked for garlic mayo (I hate mayo of any kind so that would never happen) an argument ensued and I had to drive to the shop to sort the situation out. When the owner saw it was a regular walk in customer he was very apologetic and did replace my kebab with a correct fresh one. Annoyingly after driving down, and not being able to enjoy my meal with my family. I have not been in since and won't order again, which is a real shame because the food is good... if it's correct

Pizza boxes on the floor and I had to throw 2 tubs of chips with cheese they need to change there oil it's got a loads of black stuff on it its so bad ? it's smelt foul

This place has to be the best gaff in burnley for a kebab, food is always on point and delivery is rapid too. Customer service here is second to none and you can tell the food is always fresh. Can’t fault it at all, Bash who works there is always polite and goes the extra mile, highly recommend Kebab Lab!

Just had a delivery from the kebab lab, fast friendly service, absolutely excellent donner kebab with mint sauce, perfect! The only thing I would change is the size of it, it was massive, could do with a smaller one, I've eaten half and I'm stuffed!!!!Definitely eat here ?❤️
