We all enjoyed a family meal at the Lounge in January (4 adults). Staff were really lovely and it was a cosy setting. The purple mood lighting in there is lovely! Lots of choice on the menu for all- we enjoyed a selection of different food including; garlic bread, popcorn chicken, prawn cocktail, fish & chips, burger and beef tacos. All food was served to an excellent standard and we enjoyed our meal. Thank you all! See you again soon!

Dined in the lounge as a family of four (2adults and 2 older children). I like how the restaurant has a smart but relaxed vibe about it. We took advantage of the two for one burger offer which was good value. We all enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Pic is of the ‘warm Belgian waffles with hot fudge sauce and Malteser ice cream’. ??

Just had a lovely breakfast with family at the Lounge. The Lancastrian breakfast was amazing and the service from our waitress Iwona was fantastic. It was definitely the best breakfast we have had locally.

Visited the lounge today as a surprise New Years Eve Meal. Have to say the atmosphere and food were really good. All the staff were very professional and courteous but must give a special mention to our waitress Beth, she was very helpful With the menu choices.

Professional service delivered by welcoming staff. Everyone had a smile and gave attentive service. Food was hot and delicious and well presented. Staff asked more than once is everything was satisfactory and made sure our drinks orders were replenished . Amazing value for money on Boxing day .

My husband and I visit The Lounge at Crow Wood regularly and always enjoy our meals there. The food and service are excellent and the staff always make us feel welcome. On Boxing Day we took some of our family along and we all had an enjoyable evening. Despite it being busy the service was good and the food up to usual standard.
I hosted a meeting with a potential client (6+ people) early in August this year. We each had the club sandwich which was generously filled and beautifully seasoned. The staff were more than accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The client wasn’t local (Birmingham based) and continues to request meetings with us at The Lounge purely because of the warm atmosphere, good food, and friendly staff. We have since hosted regular meetings here and will continue to do so indefinitely.

We come to The Lounge Monday to Friday after our workout…all the staff are amazing, friendly, familiar but Alex is our stand out for going above and beyond. She’s always kind, helpful and makes a genuine effort. We love all the staff but we just want to give our thanks to Alex.
