0 Star, never mind 1 star. Been waiting 2 hours for deliver and called the store twice. First time I called they said its busy and will be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and they are waiting for a delivery driver? It's already been 2 hours. They told me to cancel but with waiting 2 hours already we were going to wait. Turns out they took it upon themselves to cancel ot for us and put the reason as "too far to deliver" 2 hours later. What a joke.Dont even bother.

Desserts not to bad but bit sickly. Service took so long (45 mins) we ended up getting them as take out so spoilt what was meant to be a nice surprise.

I have place a order at 11:15 and I tried to order from the website .No facility showing that you can type the discount code on checkout.After I go charge for the order no order was sent and I still got charge for it .They have cancel the order due to be close to their closing time that is at 23:30.Advice everyone to avoid it because you will get charge and your food never going to be sent .Plus the 20% discount I think it’s a scam

Appalling. Overpriced Waited 2 hours for delivery for 2 items 1 cookie dough and 1 waffle absolutely shocking. Waffle was sticky and it was a kinder one I ordered but tasted like raspberry and also the vanilla ice Cream did look like vanilla ice cream but had a very bad taste to it like as if it was out of date and now I’ve got a throbbing pain in the middle of my stomach. Stick to sprinkles or chocstop guys way better.
Excellent and amazing desserts. Very good, very nice. Good portion sizes. Best waffles and cookie dough ever! Friendly staff,Mia was lovely and welcoming. Good customer service. Will definitely be coming again!

ordered sticky toffee dream, it turned up with a note on top saying "sorry there is no custard" they never informed us there wasnt any custard otherwise we would have cancelled - they could have had the decency to call and inform us there was no custard - what kind of dessert shop doesnt have custard.

Ordered at 9pm, no sign of the order, called multiple times and no answer. Just ringing out, order gets cancelled at closing time! If you’re busy fair enough but don’t accept orders you can’t fulfil and let people go elsewhere!Edited to add… ordered turned up at 11.15pm! We’d already gone to bed so told them to take it back ?

Have been a few times and up to my experience this time ive always recommended it. However i went on mothers day as a treat to my daughter and sister and was very disappointed. My coffee took over half an hour to come andcwas cold and the cookie dough which was microwaved was rock hard in places and not cooked properly in others. It was disgusting. There was only one staff member and when we ordered a decaf tea she didn't know what decaf ment. She thought it ment you put coffee in it. I can honestly say i wont be recommending the place again.

First time coming here, and to be honest I didn't even know it existed there until my friend suggested it. The place in general is aesthetically pleasing, simple yet flashy. Just ordered a couple of milkshakes and can say that so far this one has far exceeded the ones I usually get from. Will come down again and try other options on menu. Would recommend to everyone.
