First time ordering from this place. Order delivered 40 minutes late. I ordered duck in honey and chilli sauce, I got chicken and it was in batter which it doesn't specify. The crab claws we ordered didn't arrive with the order. When I called to ask for a refund the lady initially said they would include them 'next time' and when I said there won't be a next time and wanted a refund for them she hung up on me! Then didn't answer the phone and again cut me off. Then answered and said it was their New Year and were extra busy (not sure why they were taking orders they couldn't fulfil). Our crab claws arrived after another 40 minutes by which time we had finished our food and couldn't eat them. Extremely disappointing, poor customer service and will not order from them again. I see many other customers have had similar experiences, wish I'd seen the reviews before I placed the order.

I placed an order by Uber, and the driver let’s say that he couldn’t find the address. When I called the shop the very owner offered himself to deliver my food.Thank you very much !Amazing service

We ordered at 19.18 and 2 hours later our oder of duck pancakes and spring rolls had still not arrived. No communication or updtaes through just eat. I called 3 times and the phone rang and disconnected 3 times. We gave up in the end and went to McDonalds, not quite the same thing. Won't be going here again.

Food taste and quantity was great, had issues with delivery and after 2 hours drove 20 minutes to collect myself. Was apologetic and can let it slide due to high demand on Christmas Eve ??

1) Delivery was very late (30 min late).2) We ordered 2 different types of Thai curries through Uber Eat but they did not come with rice. No where on Uber Eat states it comes with no rice or order rice separately. In fact, I've never needed to order rice separately for my Thai curries in any Thai restaurant or take aways before. Who eats Thai curry without rice?!3) The lady handling calls at the restaurant seems restless with poor customer service skills. She kept saying it's not her problem + we should have ordered rice separately. Well, we ended up having chips and spring rolls for our Friday evening dinner. Great!4) Do yourself a favour! Buy a pack of frozen chips from Aldi and put them in the oven. Trust me, it will taste much fresher and yummier than theirs.5) We wasted about £27 and ruined our weekend with Golden Star. We won't do it again. Not sure about you!

Ordered the munchy box for my son and I tonight via Uber Eats. All containers felt luke warm to the touch. Chips and 3 wings and 4 tiny ribs with barely any meat, in fact one of the tiny ribs was just bone came in polystyrene boxes. I also pulled a black hair from the chow mein. Did not want to eat the food after that. It went in the bin. A waste of £21. Very disappointed. Will not be recommending this takeaway to anyone.

I would leave 0 if I could but I cant!Where do I start… delivery drive called me to say he couldn’t find my house! He couldn’t seem to grasp the conversation that even number on the right, odd numbers on the left, this was a ten min conversation on the phone whilst he was walking around with my food in his had! Telling me to come outside my house … ( I was at front door checking all the time, asking what he could see and what number he was at, telling him over and over he is in the wrong side of the road) His attitude was also rude, he was very in my face when he did finally find my house! I called the shop to tell them the issue and due to this my food was cold! I wanted a refund and they refused and said on my next order I can have an extra box of chicken wings to say sorry! When I said that this wasn’t enough I wanted a full fresh order then if I can’t have a refund she put the phone down on me …. By the way I should say I spent £30+ on food!I sent a complaint to the website I ordered on they called me to say I will have fresh hot food sent in the next 15-20 mins …. Guess what! That never arrived!Would not recommend this place to anyone! Rude customer service on the phone, and the delivery driver!

Excellent food as always. Been a customer for years, though less frequently since I moved out of the area, it's always a great treat when I'm back nearby. Highly recommended, especially the OK sauce!

First time ordering, not good . starters £9 not bad abit over cooked,main meal awful tasteless, Szechuan chicken and fried noodles, tasteless, phoned when got order,not really bothered,no refund or anything,not recommendedDietary restrictions: I like tasty food this wasn't it.wont order again
