Unique range of dishes....everything we ordered tasted fantastic. A cut above even the so called "posh" curry houses. My new go to curry place!

Went here tonight with my partner as part of date night, we were both very disappointed to say the least... The food was disgusting and the choices of drinks were very limited again very disappointed, so we eft the food and off the weatherspoons for drinks and pizza on the the way home. Not recommended at all

Service for a takeaway was good, however one of the meals I ordered Lamb Rogan Josh Masala and it had about five small pieces of meat with a bright red sauce which tasted of Coconut something like tomato.I have never had a Rogan Josh like it before. Not that happy.

Best curry restaurant in England. Newly refurbished. Great staff. Fantastic food, from the usual dishes to a range of original recipes created by the chef and owner, Raj. There’s even a range of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine. Not to be missed!

Shame I changed from where I normally go, food cold, and they forgot stuff, at £30 you’d think they’d get it right….: lesson learned. ?

Went for the 3 course meal for £9.95 (I think) loses one star as one the courses is the appatiser of poppadoms and chutneys which you always get included in your meal anyway, and only 2 poppadoms.Anyway apart from that.....Starter and main were very delicious, very well cooked pilau rice, curry was very tasty and got the leftovers to takeaway, was tempted ask for another couples to takeaway as they wasted alot and hate wasting food. The waiter was very attentive and made sure we was A ok all the way and made sure we was ok for drinks when we was empty. The onion chutney, tomato chilli sauce (not sure what it is,but love it), mint sauce and mago were perfect but unfortunately the Lime Pickle wasn't very nice. Ive had that type before from the asian aisle at Asda and has a paraffin taste is all I can think. Cant see in the ingredients what that taste is but ruins it. Pataks and Sharwoods are the best in my opinion.Very fast at cooking and serving which I always prefer at a restaurant as I lose my appetite quickly between meals/snacks.Shame theres no actual pints on draught though as paying around £2.50 for a bottle is extortionate when Asda is a few yards away and get a crate for not much more. All in all I think 4 stars is really good and this was eating in by the way, I see a few bad reviews for takeaway and delivery which is unfortunate as id like to try that too.I would definitely go again and look forward to it but wouldn't order the Vindaloo next time as my stomach can't handle such spice anymore ??.Keep up the good work and hope to see you again not so far into the future as was a lovely curry and great service

Please do like.my review if this was helpful.Chose to go for an Indian.. However it wasn't purely Indian ,It was more Bangladeshi. The ambience was okay and we went for a buffet 3 course meal. The staff are friendly. The Buffet started with popdam and dips followed by starters as in pictures and have been offered bread but we didn't fancy them, the last was rice and 3 varieties of chicken curry.I was expecting more options honestly. The rice wasn't great.it was plain steamed rice.I will try the Al-a-carte next time to review this place.
