The food is always good and consistently the same each time we come. They cook steaks as requested, if you want it medium rare then they cook it medium rare. If you want fish, you will get the whole fish (cooked to perfection). They really listen to what you want and they deliver. The staff are always friendly, you will not be left waiting as they always make sure you are well looked after. If you need their attention then the amazing staff will come over quickly to attend to you. The prices reflect the quality of food and service. It is a real treat to eat here and they really treat you as a guest. Highly recommended and we will continue to come back.

Rushed Rushed Rushed. Great food but felt like they were trying to push us along.

Went here to dine with a family member I hadn't seen for 3 years. I initially thought it wouldn't be great because my first choices were booked up, however, Bistecca superseded my expectations by a mile. The service was calm and very warm, especially with the manager (I believe it's a family-run business), who intentionally was a bit slow to take orders so the kitchen wasn't overwhelmed. The food was great, with the t-bone steak done perfectly to what I usually like (medium). The food was very quick coming out of the kitchen and nothing felt too heavy and the flavours weren't overwhelming.Overall, would I recommend this? Absolutely. Try it out!

We booked in advance but we were placed upstairs which I felt was very cold, they did put the heating on after we complained. I advise if you book ask for a table down stairs, as also the stairs are not for the elderly. We eventually got a table down stairs, felt the service was a little slow but the food I felt was worth the wait, I will definitely return ❤️

First and last visit. A very average overpriced meal. Can't believe the positive reviews of this place. Rude staff except from the young waitresses. Sniggering impatient senior staff. Over £400 for our bill. Staggering expensive wine. We've paid less in Manchester. Cold food and when we complained about a steak was told by a rude waitress to complain if we wanted to before she marched off. Avoid!!!

Ordered spaghetti bolognese at 10 or 11 pounds i can't remember, and this is what i get. Watery tasteless spaghetti just flung in a box, pretty much 0 sauce and meat. What on earth is this? Coming from a restaurant you would trust it to be 10/10 then you get this, an aldi microwave spaghetti bolegnese or a tin of heinz knocks this out of the park. One bite and i spat it out, disgusting, went in the bin what a waste of money.
