Went there twice for lunch and enjoyed. Good pub atmosphere, ample selection of drinks on tap, solid food quality with a reasonably extensive menu by pub standards. Cheerful and friendly staff. Will definitely repeat.

Had mums 72nd birthday meal and the lady running the bar couldn’t do enough for us. My mum has dementia so requires food to be blended etc which the staff were more than happy to do for us, amongst other things. I thought the roast dinner was lovely but maybe a little less pepper as was too spicy for my kids. Other than that 5* all the way. Thank you for making my mums birthday special for her and all my family.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Sometimes the portions are a little small. Occasionally the food is a little cold or the peas over cooked. Overall I think the pub is a very good average due to the offers they have eg 30% off mains and 20% Blue light card discount

Had our boys birthday here at the weekend. Food was good and good value particularly with their 30% off offer. Staff allowed us to bring our own birthday cake, helped lighting it and even gave us plates to eat it. Great service! Thanks again.
