It's OK but the prices are creeping up,a sandwich now at Costa is over £4 so unless you bag a 50% off item for 1 person a coffee/tea and sandwich is going to be close to £10. Use as a treat.

This was the second time that I have visited Costa in Chorley.The first time I requested extra hot Latte. It was barely warm and I had to ask for a fresh HOT one for my friend and myself. The lady serving me obliged and was very pleasant.I called yesterday and the same thing happened. The Latte was barely warm again. Even though I had ordered extra hot. This was rectified at once.The toilet had no tissue paper at all. I had to ask for it to be replenished. This was both embarrassing and unacceptable.Now, either the shop is not staffed enough or the staff are not up to the job. I (Anyone who visits) would expect and should receive better service especially since your prices are so high.The staff were helpful and pleasant

Dissapointing experience. The majority of the comfy chairs have been stripped out in favour of uncomfortable sit-up chairs. Lots of hard surfaces make for a noisy experience. Good disability access with a disability accessible WC.? Today it was poorly maintained and messy. ☹️Coffee as predictable for Costa. ?

It was my usual caramel cappuccino and a little rasberry and almond slice. I sat in for the fist time since lockdown but it was very near closing and quiet so it was very pleasant. Lovely, happy polite staff in the Chorley branch super service as per.
While waiting for a smartphone problem to be repaired, I had a coffee and two almond slices. This was bit pricy. The staff were delightful an helped me. There is internal and external seating. I chose the external. The coffee and sweet were lovely. I chatted with others and they were lovely. It's a great treat but bit pricy.

This branch of Costa is normally quite good, however, last time we visited it, the hot chocolate was completely tasteless. It tasted of hot water with a bit of chocolate as opposed to hot milk, I wasn't impressed. Overall, though, an ok place to have a coffee and cake if you are around.

Visited for a nice drink after doing some shopping in town. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. My drink was not warm. The restaurant was cold and the customer service team serving drinks were more interested in chatting about the own personal life to each other rather than focusing on the customer. Unpleasant experience I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.
