The atmosphere is wonderfully vintage and the food - ice cream and waffles - is yummy. There are innumerable ice cream flavours to choose from and various cone options as well. Everything is sweet, very sweet, as one would expect.The only reason I give four stars instead of five is because there is nowhere to park except a narrow footpath against a wall, and the bathroom floor was wet and gross.

We visited at 8pm thinking it would be quiet, but it was buzzing. Such a nice atmosphere. The staff are lovely, and I got Blue Light Discount Love this icecream. I'll recommend the lemon drizzle flavour in a chocolate cone ?

Oreo ice cream and milkshakes are delicious and cheap compared to other places. If there is no more seating in front of the shop, go to the back and there is a yard with some tables and chairs available. Or take it for a walk around the area to see the beautiful scenery

Upon reaching the counter, a young bored chap was serving, I asked for a cup of hot chocolate... His reply astounded me... Would that be in a cone or a tub?? my reply was of one word..... REALLY!!!OH RIGHT yeah ok. He was in need of an injection of enthusiasm failing that a new job. The ice cream is as usual Good Standard, the hot chocolate turned out to be like warm, the garlic bread with cheese was dry, and if I'm honest could have soled a pair of shoes it was that hard. And that's me being as honest as I can without seriously upsetting folk.
