I been there recently as they shows on internet they close at 11pm but i been at there around 10pm as the guy said they closed early coz of staff sortage they must have to update them closing time on internet sp people dont waste them time to stopping here

Not overly busy but still 30 minute wait for two meals. Food came lukewarm. Was ok but would have liked to have known queue wait time prior to ordering. Many others waiting similar time.

0 hygiene standards despite COVID, patrons wore masks while staff did not and wore no gloves or any ppe, is an absolute joke frankly with the current climate, additionally took a very long time to prepare order and staff were visibly upset with customers, yelling orders, acting highly unprofessionally!

On our visit the food was good, fresh and hot. Social distancing means no seating available. Staff were helpful and order was served in a reasonable time. Layout is simple to follow as is ordering either on screen or at till. Resturant is upstairs on the bridge along with a Burger King.

Great food as usual but they dumped it all in the bags, even though we ordered box meals. None of the burgers were marked to indicate which was which, so that resulted a lot of faffing and annoyance between the 7 of us trying locate our correct meals. It wasn't even particularly busy at all when we're there, so just a little bit more care and thought could have been put into the packing. Thanks

As a KFC at a services, it can be trickier to maintain due to the high volume of customers. This specific KFC does a great job handling it. Food was great, a small price increase from the standard price, personally I think they need to get a self catering area because the stuff they supply you behind the counter isn't exactly going to do the trick!

Not bad for a services. They do tend to run out of things quicker though which, for a services is not really good for customers. Chicken seems to be smaller than it used to be but on the whole not bad. Female staff at the front were polite and quick at serving.

Very slow service as there were only 2 staff serving in the counter. People were standing in the queue for more than 15minutes for their turn. This place is good for self-service option

Still the only fast food supplier who cannot organise their stock levels. My last visit "sorry, we don't have any lettuce" so for the months of pain of swapping distributors they still can't get the simple things right. Some people need sacking for this woeful incompetence.
