Been to Lucianos numerous times, the food as always was amazing but today the service was extremely poor from the two waiters on duty. The young lady who escorted us to our table and took our drinks order was efficient and polite. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take our food order, although restaurant wasn't overly busy.After eating our meal one of the waiters came to clear our table, my husband asked if I would like a sweet, after 20minutes I still hadn't received a menu, so my husband asked the young lady for our bill. After it was paid then the waiter came with the dessert menu, no explanation.A thoroughly disappointing visit.

Amazing food with very attentive staff…we had the pasta with fillet streak and the steak was very tender and soft! My new favourite dish!
