The drive through has a ridiculously long wait, and unfriendly staff. Order was wrong 3 visits in a row.

The services was slow when ordering to collection point. After 10 minutes went inside and order was forgotten about.Hot drinks was cold as must have been waiting for the food. They did however happily re-do the drinks.

Called in after finishing work in the very early hours of the morning. Food cold, customer service from the member of staff was absolutely appalling, no customers waiting but took 35 minutes to prepare my meal. I was refused to use the toilet.

Food good and hot.Service slow.Seating hard and uncomfortable.No entertainment for younger children ie puzzles drawings crayons etc. as other Mcdonalds. No self service napkins, sauces, straws. Had to go back to the counter to ask for it or additionals ie milk, sugar etc, with counter service slow, added to frustration, and food going cold.Won't be going back to this one.Well! You did ask.

Really negative experience here. Had to drop in for a quick snack before sending wife on a train journey at nearby station and feed our two young children, and they took 30 mins to prepare the food! Definitely not fast food. I'd expect that at a Michelin Star restaurant, but McDonald's?The worst part though, was when my wife had to leave without her food for fear of missing her train, and when I had to ask the management what was going on, they didn't seek to make the situation right and I had to push for them to put it right.I another Mcdonalds when this happened and we were much less inconvenienced, they reimbersed the money, gave us the food and the manager apologised.In Chorley McDonald's, the manager hid, and sent someone out with a little icecream that cost £1.50 on the menu, and no explanation for the wait.

I normally go to the other McD’s in Chorley because it’s closer to my house, but I opted for the Clifford St branch in error when I was ordering on the app.I ordered a triple cheeseburger because there was an offer on them today- £1.50 each.The burger was really bad. It was freezing cold, the burger pattys were a bit hard and dry and there was no mustard on it. Low tier- other branch is MUCH better.

What a strange looking bunch of gumptionless, feckless and absolutely useless gang misfits this outfit are... Walking into this establishment is like walking into the bar on Star Wars.Except the ice-cream machine in the Star Wars bar gets cleaned and serviced more often, so you're better off going there instead for a McFlurry or Milkshake coz you won't get one here.Complete waste of my McLife coming here, never again. I'm definitely not Loving It...Ronald McDonald is less of a clown than this crowd of pervy runts.

Constant missing food on delivery and stone cold food. Always try to out the blame on the Uber. How is it the delivery drivers fault that you forgot to put half the order in a bag? Multiple times, stone cold and missing food.

We got served by someone called Ben on the night shift and he was the nicest and friendliest person I’ve ever been served by at McDonald’s. A credit to the branch.

Every time we go here, we're parked up to wait for a drive thru order for a minimum of 20 mins each time. 9 times out of 10 there are items missing from the order, which has been paid for. It's the nearest one to home, so haven't really got a choice. Sort it out!!

I've been sent to park waiting for a single cheeseburger. 10 minutes later a cold cheeseburger arrived. No apology. Poor girl being run ragged in the car park delivering orders to cars. Deliveroo seem to have no problem getting their orders. 20 minutes. So lm still waiting.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s around. The frappe machine has been broke for years!! Every time I go to the drive through I’m told to park up. If you don’t double check your order they miss stuff out. Avoid

drive through closed for work and customers directed to inside cafe. however i am disabled and not able to walk i explained my predicament and the lady took my order at a window and brought it to my car. I am very grateful for their understanding S.N

Ordered using the Mcdelivery app and again missed the sauces which you no pay for, then get told it's Uber eats I need to ring. Sorry but the service is now terrible
