Asked for an extra hot chocolate and au pain chocolate croissant. The croissant was cold and the hot chocolate warm ? Both returned and were much better when heated up. The staff were pleasant.Parking: Cars parked in the caravan bays with invisible caravans!! Frustrating

No queue, 5 staff working behind counter snd we were ignored for about 5 minutes waiting to be served. When finally served, we were greated with silence, rudely waiting for a response from us. Very poor customer interaction/ service.

I think Starbucks have changed their coffee bean/blend, its so bitter and I only had ONE espresso in a tall (the smallest) latte. This will be the last time I go and spend money in a Starbucks.

Called in on Monday as I often do while nipping in and out of Preston.Got served my regular strawberry and cream Frap by a happy young lady called Tia, excellent service as always, The young lady looked under a lot of pressure as there was a fair few in the queue, asked was she working alone and smiled back saying her manager was in the back. Tia could of really done with some support.Returned on Wednesday and was served by Rachel and the service was again outstanding.Tia and Rachel are a true credit to Starbucks. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely filthy. Dirty tables and rubbish on the floor. Coffee in paper cups. Fruit toast recommended.

Great Coffee, lots of Parking places, quite quick Service - just come and go, Friendly Staff. There are plenty Places to sit down and gave a Coffee inside. No nasty Smells and the Music isn't too load as well.
