Came in 22nd december. Very busy and as soon as the que seemed to go down it would have another 3/4 people join.A man with glasses was working and he was absolutely smashing out food. Could see he was working really hard to manage the customers and doing a good job. 10/10 work from this guy. fastest subway worker ive seen

We stopped at Subway at Charnock Richard motorway services. Neither my husband nor I can eat gluten. We ordered the gluten free 6” breakfast sub with “cheese and bacon”. (The staff knew nothing about whether the sausage was gluten free). They pointed to the allergen info but none of the breakfast things were on it!Both our subs were virtually empty. One rasher of bacon and invisible cheese. Very dry with large patches of bread with nothing on it at all. The staff were miserable and the lady actually threw mine across the counter at me and the paper half came off. Absolutely rubbishDietary restrictions: Surely in the light of people actually dying from eating things they’re allergic to, Subway staff should know what the food they’re selling has in it?

Snotty arrogant staff that take great pleasure in ripping you asked me if I wanted another type of cheese on my sub with no mention of extra charge absolute rip off when I asked why she charged me more than advertised she answered in a matter of fact manner and offered me a receipt (no I'd rather you ask me if I want the extra cheese for an extra cost) poor service

It's a Subway, this one is clean and tidy.. just like the rest. The staff where polite... just like the other subways... they make tasty sandwiches.. it's a Subway.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie optionsWheelchair accessibility: It's a level entry doorway no problem for wheelchair user.
