Superb early evening meal on a Monday when it is often difficult to find anywhere open. Have previously said how good this place is and how nice the staff are. Julie , the server could not have been nicer.Excellent choice of food and we all really enjoyed our meals, even if we had eaten too much!Highly recommend this place.

A must place to eat. Met Cheryl and Garry a lovely couple also Julie on the bar. Lovely ambient pub with a very relaxed feel. Food was excellent with a varied menu to suit all tastes and dietery requirements and a good selection of drinks. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

had a work christmas lunch. the waitress was lovely and very helpful at dealing with allergens/dietary preferences in the group.i ordered the vegan seitan roast from the festive menu which was huge! tasted very flavourful - seemed like a combination of a nut roast mixed with seitan. the texture was softer than i was expecting but it was still nice to have a vegan option. a little vegan milk/margarine in the mash would have been lovely to loosen it up since it had no cream or butter.the way this place is decorated for christmas is absolutely beautiful! many fairy lights strung across the roof.
