This was our 2nd visit, as we were so impressed the first time. Lovely food. We had the shared Roast Beef and couldn’t fault it. We had a baby with us, and the restaurant even laid out little cutlery for her with the table setting, as we’d pre requested a high chair. Small things like that really make a difference. Fantastic service! Great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit

Gorgeous meal yesterday. 3 of us visited for brunch. Staff were very friendly. We were asked twice if we wanted water for the table which never came so we had to ask once our food arrived. Will definitely be back. The roast dinner looked brilliant so that will next to try

Booked a meal for New Year’s Eve. Fantastic atmosphere. Restaurant looked beautiful. Staff and service excellent despite it being busy. We were given a time slot but were not rushed despite going past our time. Food superb as always. Just one small thing. My daughter is gluten intolerant and although this was accommodated and she enjoyed her meal, she would love to have more choices from the menu. There are lots of great gluten free recipes particularly cakes and desserts which you wouldn’t know are gf and can he enjoyed by anyone. Maybe this is something that you could try to do as many people are discovering they are gluten intolerant. Thanks again for a lovely night.

Saturday evening dining with young family. Amazing food served by lovely and enthusiastic staff who all seemed very happy to be working there and were great with our toddler and four year old. Always top class.

We decided kinda last minute to Pop into Home Buckshaw for a bite to eat today and we weren’t disappointed. Firstly want to say the guy who greeted us and served us was just lovely, smiling and seemed to love his job! The menu was quick and easy to read with a variety of choices! We chose the Burger and what a burger it was! Absolutely delicious! Not stopped talking about it! Perfect size and the taste was amazing! We also ordered skinny fries - and yes they are the best fries we’ve had! Pot of tea each and then cinnamon dough balls to take out! Will defo be back! Gona try brunch next! Yummy! Well done guys for a lovely experience and food and great staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

We’ve been going to Home regularly for a couple of years and it never disappoints. We went on Christmas Eve and have booked again for NYE. The food is amazing and the blackened chicken is a must ! The restaurant was very busy but the service was spot on and the owner and all the staff provided a great experience. I can’t recommend Home highly enough.

Staff extremely attentive and helpful, food prepared and served with care and very tasty. There were 5 of us and we all ahd different dishes, and all delicious. Atmosphere in the restaurant was just perfect, a nice buzz but not too noisy. Could just do with one more vegetarian selection on the evening menu, if I was to be picky. All in all a VERY enjoyable evening, and we will definitely be returning.

This is my go to place. You are always guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome, a great atmosphere and I absolutely love it. The food is exceptional and the cocktails are unreal. We need more independent unique places like this!

Still a hidden Gem! Best local restaurant ive eaten at in years! My wife and I enjoyed a Sunday evening treat Whipped Feta, so moreish and you don’t want to share. Blackened chicken twice. Easily the best starter on the menu. Kushiyaki (think that’s spelt right), taste so good! Main we again shared. Koren Ribs. We wanted more straight away. Flat iron steak and a Home burger. With a handful of sides, Roasted Cabbage, skinny fries and Veg. This place is a “You must try it” comment to friends

First time visiting this gorgeous restaurant hidden away on Buckshaw. My husband & I shared the roast dinner platter, it was absolutely delicious, pink roast beef, crispy roast potatoes, a large jug of gravy who can ask for anything more! The cocktails were also delicious as we're the desserts. Service fabulous ( wish I'd got his name , he was so very pleasant & attentive , beard, glasses , I think) will without a doubt be visiting again and cannot recommend it enough, just wish I'd found this little gem sooner. Well done & Merry Christmas ?

A lovely, classic Sunday roast. The staff were great and the service was spot on. And we didn't get hassled and rushed to vacate our table. That was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
