I didn't interact with the staff the misses dealt with them. The toilet was bit small to move around in a for big lad like me. Coffee was ok.

Ordered a hot chocolate to take out the drinks are really a hit or a miss at Neros.. there’s regular new staff on that haven’t a clue on how to make a drinks but yet we paying customers suffer by getting hot milk instead of a simple hot chocolate. Second time it’s happened now very disappointing.

Lucy was extremely unprofessional, she was rude, disrespectful and clearly displeased with customers. Wouldn't go back again.

Typical Nero café. Plenty of choice and good service

Really enjoy going to Nero in Clitheroe. It's just the right size to ensure you get a seat, yet have a cozy atmosphere.

So I use this cafe every single day and the staff are always lovely even though they are under pressure majority of the time. However today I went in to order my usual drink and there was a barista I did not recognise and a trainer who I had seen a few times. I ordered my drink and was distracted by my phone as we have had a bereavement in the family and she asked me if I was paying on the app. I didn’t hear her properly and she had to repeat. She then turned round to her colleague and said ‘I think that woman is deaf’ and the trainee started laughing. Really upset by this. Found it very unnecessary and offensive and I will be taking it up with head office.

Chicken and bacon toastie was nice as was the Brie toastie. Salvador coffee cappuchino and latte was lovely. Staff nice but little atmosphere and floor, seating and table grubby.
