Costa, again. Yes they are all the same but the staff are what makes a place. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Something drastically wrong with this Costa. Drab surroundings, average service, luke warm drinks. Seriously needs a shake up. Could be so much better.

Been in this store several times and got a chilly reception off the same lady staff member on all occasions a smile would not be amiss. Last visit no choice in the chiller cabinet especially for vegans and not one plant milk available. I visit Costa Coffee regularly and this is the worst venue both for food choice and customer service.

Decent coffee, but atmosphere is never warming let alone the fact its freezing!! Need comfier seating. The outside area is unique so it's nice in the summer

Tables not wiped down. Used cups and plates left on tables and floor with food on. Not even busy, but no attempt to clean up.

What a total let down, the festive menu wasn't what we got, the drinks were nothing like advertised, the guy behind the counter couldn't crack a smile & obviously didn't want to be there,never going to this cafe again customer service & products sold bad!!
I arrived on a Tuesday dinner time with my 3 friends. I have been wanting to try the vegan ham and cheese sandwich for a while now and thought I would give it a try. While looking in the fridge with all except one of my friends who had already eaten, a very very rude women with brown hair in her 20s interrupted our conversation aggressively and said ‘you all ‘av to buy something if you wanna’ sit in’. One of my friends had already paid for her sandwich which she made her take away. The weather outside was awful and she was extremely rude to us because only 3/4 of us were willing to buy something. I will never been returning to this coffee shop and will continue to support local shops as she was VERY rude and aggressive to us. I would NOT recommend!!!!

Called in 12.30ish in December before Christmas to find it empty apart from us - no wonder as it was freezing cold inside, even colder than outside. No christmas cheer and cetainly no music or decorations! Easy to see why the Cafe Nero nearby where staff are friendly and its warm and cheerful is always full!
