Our first visit to Deux Amis today and we had a lovely brunch. Really liked the décor and ambiance of the place. We had excellent service throughout and very much enjoyed our food and coffees. We will certainly be back.

Fabulous decor, food and staff. Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Lovely coffee. I would highly recommend.

Our first time here, and I love it!Coffee was lovely, staff pleasant and friendly.I had the most delicious avocado, feta and chilli jam ciabatta. The bread was so nice!My partner had the full breakfast, all the ingredients were top quality, with home made baked beans which he loved.Served in a skillet too so it stayed warmer for longer.Wish I’d taken pictures but I ate it too quick! We will definitely be back.

My mum and I had the most delicious bacon ciabattas along with lattes. The best coffees we've had, whilst out and about, in a long time. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Their attention to detail was second to none. It is now our "go to" place for food and drink in Whalley and we can't recommend it highly enough.

My visit to Deux Amis in Whalley was truly outstanding. The spiced beans were a culinary masterpiece, and the cold pint of Poretti added the perfect touch. What stood out even more was the impeccable service – I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Only had morning drinks but came away feeling like we were royalty. The young waitress was very keen with her service on our visit when we stopped on the way to see friends 16/12/23.

Nice cafe with good food, but it's pricey enough for what it

Went for brunch for today and must say the waitress that served me and my partner was amazing. She was so polite and professional and real credit to the business. I often go and eat at some lavish restaurants and I’ve got to be honest the service I received today was way better than what I have received any where else for some time. I prefer pan cakes soft and as soon as I raised it to her she went and changed it and also asked for feedback. She even knocked off the cappuccino as a gesture of goodwill which I didn’t ask for and in return I tipped the same amount back as we didn’t want any discounts on our bill. Keep up the good work and look forward to visiting you all againAmazing cappacino and tune melt sandwich was top quality :-)

Three tables that came in after we where seated, where served and had their drinks before we had even had our drinks order taken. However, the lady who did take our order, was absolutely lovely and a credit to the team that worked that day.The ceaser salad was a pile of lettuce that was swimming in oil, with two small pieces of chicken, no cheese and a small amount of bacon and sauce. We paid £2/2.50 for a teaspoon size amount of "house slaw" and a side salad, that was again swimming in oil. The Ciabatta was chewy and dry, and had the thinnest layer of avocado on, and hardly any feta, this would have tasted so much better with more. This was our second visit, and I feel like the prices don't match the quality of the food. The coffee wasn't hot, and we had to drink it straight away. We where also charged £2 for TAP water, which we only ordered because the bread was so dry and the salad was oily.A member off staff spent most of her time complaining that she didn't want to be there, and that she couldn't be bothered and wanted her bed. Which was overheard by the 4 tables in front of her

I took my partner for a birthday brunch and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the service from the young lady with the dark brown hair was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be going back and we have already recommended to our friends and family.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and charming to talk to. The food came out in good time and I can’t fault it. It looked gorgeous and tasted even better. I requested for my bacon to be a bit crispy and it was done to perfection as well as perfectly cooked poached eggs.

Booked a table. When we arrived was then told it was a limited menu! We went for the Cumberland sausage with caramelised onions…we were made aware that there was no ciabatta and that it would be brioche bun. We were served two brioche buns with two chipolata sausages..came with no caramelised onions. This was rectified. We were so looking forward to this lunch here. However it was a very disappointing experience!

We visited this café on Saturday morning. The welcome wasn’t very warm. The traditional “Good morning”was replaced with “have you booked?” We had two flat whites and some cake. The coffee was good and cost £3.30 each. The cake was a bit average. The premises are nicely decorated, but the staff seem to be standoffish.
