Amazing lunch at Greendale, couldn't fault the food or service. Homemade gluten free bread was a bonus. Will definitely return!

Brilliant two day break at Glamping at Greendale !! We arrived to a very warm welcome. The pods are immaculate with a beautiful view of the Ribble Valley. We met Skye the lovely black Labrador. We had a barbecue both nights and had breakfast in the tearooms, which was amazing. Whilst on our break we walked Pendle Hill and visited Skipton. I can’t recommend this place enough. We loved it that much that we have booked again for the New Year - lovely spot.

A beautifull place to eat . We came across the tearoom on our way to walk pendel hill . We had a delicious breakfast that was cooked perfectly . Service was great too, very helpfull and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: Set in an idyllic location with beautiful countryside views. Pod was clean, modern and comfortable. Disliked: Very disappointed with the customer service from the owners. Website stated that food & drinks were available on site, however on arrival we were informed that the cafe was closed due to no staff. The owners claim that we were offered breakfast in the b&b but this is completely untrue as we were not offered anything at all!! The site also states that WiFi and TV was available in all pods but we were unable to connect to the WiFi or even get the TV to show any channels. After contacting the owners, they could not fix the problem and we were promised with some compensation for the inconvenience but after more than 3 weeks, we are still waiting! Please note that the photos shown on their website suggests that there are hot tubs with each pod, however the Penyghent pod does not have a hot tub. According to the owners, the majority of the facilities were "coming soon" so please check this before booking with this site.

The concept is fantastic and seems amazing when you look on their website considering all they have to offer. However, all is not what is portrayed. Lots of misleading information. Overall, really disappointed. Firstly, the pods are mostly fantastic. Very well equipped and structured. High tech with Bluetooth speakers (although wouldn’t connect). Situated in a lovely area, with gorgeous views. Unfortunately, they could be managed a lot better. Before arrival, we emailed to book breakfast as advertised on their website and received no response. A few days later, we rang to book and were informed that the tearoom where breakfast was served was in fact closed, which was disappointing. Louise showed us to our pod and explained everything we needed to know. For the hot tub use, we were to let her know when we’d like it ready and she would empty and prepare it as it takes around 45 mins. First night this worked very well. Second night, we arrived back at 6.30, for when we’d asked the hot tub to be ready and it wasn’t even emptied. Spoke to Trevor, who said that guests should really be emptying it themselves and that’s what he told guests (different from what Louise had told us - no clear expectation of guests). Improvements in advertising, management and communication would really make this a fantastic place to come for a relaxing break.

Trevor & Louise were perfect hosts, not forgetting Skye the gorgeous dog. Room was very clean and comfortable. En-suite bathroom had lovely underfloor heating. Fabulous view from large bay window. Breakfast was delicous made with top quality produce.

Fantastic overnight stay in Greendale. The room was warm comfortable and super clean with well appointed bathroom. The host family are so friendly and helpful and provide a generous breakfast using the best produce. Maybe we will try a glamping pod next time!
