“The food was amazing, but what let this place down was what felt like the lack of management for the young staff.
We had to wait for our table at the front door for roughly 10 minutes, once our table was ready we proceeded to a completely empty upstairs seating area so I couldn't really understand why the long wait for a pre booked table.
Initial service once we sat down was pretty good our drinks and food order was taken promptly and food didn't take long to come out. However, it felt like once the food was down, we were sort of left to our own devices. I tried to get some extra condiments for the table, but they never arrived.
After finishing our meals, nobody came to clear our plates or even ask how the meal was. We waited a while to see if we could just get a look at a dessert menu, but we decided against it as we didn't want to wait any longer.
We could've easily left without paying, and I don't think anyone would've noticed. again, we had to wait to pay the bill by the front door.
I'd return here as the food was really good. However, I wouldn't rush back.”

“We order frequently from Francesco's and it is our takeaway of choice in Clitheroe. My son loves their ham, mushroom and olive pizza they are cooked to perfection so he eats the crusts and all.
We like the picante pizza, or vegetarian with extra chicken always tasty and freshly made meals.”

“Absolutely do not hesitate to come here! The food is as expected with all the awards won. Brilliant service, perfect food (I would say one of the best meals I have had) and was a real step into proper Italian dining. We will be coming back!”
