The Horse Box is a little gem on Clitheroe market.The owner's are a wonderful couple who always go the extra mile and nothing is too much troubleExcellent coffee and food.It's also the ideal pit stop to have a natter (even if you don't know the other customers as we are a friendly bunch in Clitheroe) and take a breather.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options available.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly and my 8 year old absolutely love's it.Get them a sausage butty and a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and they will be happy.Parking: There is a very large car park within a few yardsWheelchair accessibility: The Horse Box is situated on the market which is all flagged and there aren't any steps.

Our drinks were all lovely, as were the facilities. A very warm welcome, excellent customer service aswell as lovely interactions with my children made it exceptional. My two children loved their hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! We are visiting on holiday, but would absolutely make this place a regular if we were lucky enough to live in the area. Definitely recommend!

Stopped for a coffee and a breakfast this morning, delicious coffee and the bacon and sausage buns were delicious, the buns were lovely and soft and the bacon and sausage was high quality, turns out they use the local butchers stall on the se market. Had a really nice welcome from the friendly couple who own it. There were a group of locals sat in the sunshine who apparently met by going for coffee and now are a regular group. The lovely couple said they phone a 94 year old if he doesn't turn up! So lovely to see such kindness and sense of community in this day and age....there's even a sign to say you can bring your own cake and just buy a brew! We loved the market too, so many different stalls. We will definitely be back.

Stumbled across this lovely little horsebox on clitheroe market, what a gem. All their produce is purchased from the market and cooked fresh to your liking. The coffee is freshly ground and made again to your satisfaction. The couple that run it make the experience so much more enjoyable. If you’re ever in clitheroe, this place is a must!

Found these people and their simple, but delightful cafe and coffee set up in Clitheroe Market, you guessed it... operating from a converted horse box! Lovely tea and coffee, but notably good quality toasted sandwiches, not expensive either.Friendly couple, working hard... Great find.
A fun place to stop in bustling Clitheroe market and as someone else has said, a good addition. Great welcome and good food - necessarily limited by the facilities available (well, it is a horsebox at the end of the day!) but well worth a stop for breakfast or mid-morning coffee.
