Been here a few times, really nice Chinese restaurant. Had takeaways and dined in. Staff are always lovely. Real gem in Garstang.

Underrated place in Garstang that I think many locals miss out on. It’s been quiet here when we’ve visited and it really deserves custom because it is a nice restaurant. Lovely food and nice staff. Reasonable prices in comparison to the average Chinese takeaway. Great prawn and pork dumpling starters. I highly recommend!

Excellent food and great service. We have been visiting Ken Ma regularly for many years now and the food is consistently fresh and of a high standard. Our favourite dishes include Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings, Crispy Aromatic Duck with pancakes, Crispy Chilli Beef and Sizzling Fillet Steak in Sichuan Sauce. Highly recommended!

Phoned up for take-out and I explained that my father is gluten intolerant. Ken Ma seemed sketchy on being aware of this allergy and after I explained that gluten intolerance is an allegy to wheat, flour, barley, etc, they were cagey about whether their dishes were or were not gluten free repeatedly stating, "I am not sure." This is of course in contravention of the law after the Pret-A-Manger tragedy as cuisine providers are required to be able to give accurate allegy information regarding their offerings. No chance here and obviously we were not going to risk it and thus curtailed our plans. So no food, wasted time and a deeply unsatisfactory experience.... one star.

Drive past here at least a couple of times a week, thought about calling in before, so as our usual takeaway was closed for holidays decided to give them a try and were not disappointed, like how the food for collection is kept in a heated cabinet behind the bar, phoned the order through first and order ready and waiting 15 mins later, nice friendly polite lady took the order and served me when I went to pick it up, good food enjoyed it very much will try again might even try the restaurant at some point.

We ordered take away from here for the first time, after hearing positive things from friends and family about it. It did not disappoint. The portions were big, we had a starter and main each and we couldn't finish it. There were 4 of us and they also cater really well for gluten and dairy free diets. The chilli crispy beef was my personal favourite. Will definitely be having it again.Dietary restrictions: Cater very well for gluten and dairy free diets

A diamond of a find, on our way home from Carlisle to Blackpool decided to take the A roads, seen this Chinese restaurant and stopped, amazing food, amazing people, very kind, not in your face but made sure we were happy. Will definitely return.Parking: Right in front of the building

Brilliant take out meal, would thoroughly recommend, much better than the tasteless garbage up the high street. More people should eat here! If you sit in you get a lovely views over the local fells too.

Great food and really lovely service. Great vegetarian options. Fantastic views of the river from the dining room. It was up for sale a while back and there was a rumour it had closed down. Thankfully it hasn’t, as it’s the best Chinese in Garstang. Deserves good business.
Fantastic gluten free Chinese food (use potato starch!) and really tasty.
