I ordered a sub, waited over 90 minutes for a 10 minute journey and just received salad in bread - no other filling that I paid for. So why am I not getting a refund?

It’s a subway so you know what you are getting, it’s not the worst example of a subway but it also isn’t the best. No idea why the toilet is closed off, some of the staff are lovely and others truly miserable and terrifying. Also this thing where just eat customers get all the attention when you are literally stood in front of them in an empty shop is just boring.

I can not believe how abrupt and miserable the lady behind the counter is her nome is kinga I think. No manners at all. No please no thank you ! Three times I went in and spent £28 each time for my employees. I certainly will not be going again. Subway need to give her teachings on people skills

I nipped in yesterday for my lunch with my husband first time ever in this subway. It was quiet so quickly served. We sat in. Everywhere was clean. Friendly staff
Shocking. Tables all removed. Window seat blocked by screen and taped so you cannot use. Toilets closed so how do you wash your hands in a pandemic. Is this so the staff have less to clean. Weird queuing system with tape yet used again.

My partner and I went into Subway this evening, we purchased 3 meals and used 2 vouchers to pay for them. At the check out the prices didn't seem to add up, the voucher offeres 2x 6in @ £6.99 and 1x for £3.50, on querying the prices we were told that we had to pay an extra 30p on each meal, as they weren't offering cold drinks in cups and bottles are charged extra. We tried to point out that it doesn't state that on the voucher but unfortunately neither the young girl serving us nor the manager (who was Eastern European and seemed to struggle with what we were saying) seemed to understand our point.I can appreciate that we are in uncertain times but if they are unable to offer cups of drink and the voucher covers for the meal with a cup surely it isnt the customer who isn't aware of this that should have to pay the difference (Is this not false advertising?) At the end of the day, we gave up trying to explain, it was 90p and wasn't worth the effort, though we left unheard and unhappy.It would appear that Subway are having nationwide issues at this time with prices, from them not being detailed at all online, to individual stores charging what they like, to the latest 20% tax hike that they are passing across to customers, all of which shows the company in a state of confusion and customers are simply caught in the middle.We will go back but we won't rush ?

Used this place today what a joke. One of the customers went in with a list for 9 dubs and just handed it to the girls who were trying there best . The que was out of the door. My advise would be that the staff should have told here to pre order in the future but they diddnt. I was in there waiting for a sun for 25 min of my 30 min work break
