Very disappointing. Made an order to collect, was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, but it still wasn’t ready until 25-30 minutes after ordering. It was late at night, by the time I got home with the food and realised what happened I was too tired to drive back there. They have the same prices over the phone as they do on just eat. I expected that it would be cheaper, but that’s fine, that’s not a big problem, some shops do it like that, but most shops I come across have a cheaper over-the-phone / in-store menu, as just eat charges the store insane fees. What is a big problem is that I spent £19 on what can be considered 2 full meals (one excluding chips) and an extra drink, and got less value than I would get from KFC for the same price. One of the meals was okay, the mix grill kebab, but I ordered a Queen Special Chicken burger with Chips. I presumed it would be a fillet burger but I was wrong, it was a chicken steak burger (the processed kind) and they don’t clarify this anywhere. I’ve never before seen any shop use a chicken steak for this kind of burger, so that was really upsetting to see I paid £5.70 for this burger with chips (& no drink), but even worse is the fact that I ordered a half pounder and I only got ONE of those steaks in my burger. One of those steaks isn’t even a quarter pound, but at the very least there should be two of them. The drink prices are also obscene, £1.20 for a can and £1.80 for a 500ml bottle, the bottles are cheaper in domino’s, and domino’s are known for being expensive in general. For comparison, I spent £16 at another local takeaway in Accrington yesterday and got two full meals (including chips and drink) AND a milkshake, and my family was thoroughly satisfied. I’d say this store has some things to learn.

Really good kebabs, definitely my favourite kebab house and will continue to get them from here, I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the very long waits as sometimes food can take up to two hours on busy nightsOrder well in advance to be on the safe side as the food is worth the wait :)
