Order hadn’t even been started when I got there, staff were laughing and joking in their whatever language looking at me, I just walked out! This place used to be great, now it’s overpriced and the quality has disappeared, shame

Hi, do not order from this, ordered an 18” margarita pizza but came with pepperoni and chicken as i am halal i was very disgusted and they refused to refund or send a new one. I will not be going town gate pizza again. Don’t recommend at all.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it came with pepperoni and chicken, then refused to give me a refund or give me a new pizza or swap. I do not recommend going to towngate pizza. As the service was aweful. Is customer service even a thing? Avoid at all costs !!

I am rating 1 star because I ordered a margarita and it came with chicken and pepperoni on. So I rang them up to replace with a new one. They wouldn’t and they didn’t refund either. I wouldn’t recommend using this service as they called me a liar and they told me to just eat it. But I said I am Halal.SUUUUUIIIIIIII

on 17/12/21 @19:30 i went in towngate pizza ordered myself '14' asian style & cheesy curly fries, I asked the boss at takeaway to make my food several times he refused to make it he asked the workers to make my food. I waited 35mins i ended up with a pineapple pizza even though i told him i am allergic to pinapple.....didnt even gave me a full refund?????? never going there again done this so many times before.
Both the food and the service has been excellent every time for me. The pizzas appear to always be made with care and attention, I can see the individual ingredients on the toppings and it just looks nicely arranged, not just thrown on top of the base.I typically order for delivery and my food always arrives nice and hot and earlier than the estimated time even though I am a fair distance from the shop. Never had a wrong order from them and the drivers are always friendly and polite.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered 3 pizzas and chips and they arrived piping hot ? the food was delicious and the portion of chips were massive!

Wanted to give these guys another shot at the stick due to the last time we ordered with them being very poor. They wouldnt even accept the order, rang up but the didnt even pick up. Just goes to show what there customer service skills are like in this place. Not surprised really considering the last time we ordered the managed was rude and ill manned and called me a racist...
