We have enjoyed the delights of the college food and the warm friendly service of the young students. Afternoon teas, buffet lunches and 3 course menus have all been of exceptional standard. I have questioned the bill more than once as I thought they were undercharging me, drinks are exceptional value as is the food.

We were fortunate enough to be invited to a Birthday Party at Coulson's on Wednesday 14th December....we had been to Coulson's before and had a great time but this event was even better. The staff were so attentive and friendly, nothing was enough trouble. The food was as excellent as last time, the quality, variety and presentation was brilliant. We tried many of the dishes on offer, Barbeque and Curried Chicken, Lasagne, Croquettes, Pasta and Rice.. The desserts were equally as good, Berry Tart, Cheesecake, Chocolate Log and my favourite the Bread & Butter Pudding...!!

The experience was really good and the food was great but needed some changes in the dishes and the bread needed some salt . But the main needed some tweaks and the pudding needed some crunch into it . It was great to be back at College at Lancaster and Morecambe College .

We went for the Christmas Lunch menu on my birthday and had a great time. Service can be a little slow at times, but it is nice to go at a leisurely pace when eating. The restaurant is run by the students and staff - from the cooking, serving and everything else. It is great experience for them and a great experience for us too. The students and staff are always friendly and do seem to be trying their best throughout. The quality of the food is excellent and very well presented. We will certainly be back again soon to try out other food they have.

I have been to Coulson's 6 times since September, and each time has been a treat.I first went for a work night to entertain some clients, and even though it was the first serve of the year, the food and table service was amazing. I also took my partner for the American Night, who was dubious at first due to Coulson's being a training restaurant, but she was immediately converted!We had our staff Christmas meal at Coulson's and again, the quality and presentation of the food could have easily been at a top restaurant.I came to Coulson's for the Mother's Day service and brought my mum, gran and auntie, as well as my dad and my brother, who were all pleasantly surprised, not only by the quality of the food and service, but by the incredible low price that you pay.I have also been for the Afternoon Tea service, which again was presented beautifully and tasted amazing, and had such a huge variety of food available.
