Yesterday I thought I was getting a student discount meal when I actually wasn't. I had done it with different items, so i was confused. I asked the new employee why I wasn't getting it even though I wrongly thought it should be as his manager said to him that i was asking for a student discount and the employee didn't seem to know what that was. I asked him for a minute why I was being charged more, and I said that his manager literally said i was asking for student discount.Due to the queue and because it was only a few pounds I just payed for it and later realized I was wrong, so no harm done.Today however, I went in again and asked for a pizza, to which he said with a grin 'is that the free pizza you want' I took this as a little bit rude but never the less as I was wrong I said nothing. He then got the pizza and proceeded to throw it on the counter with no care and a grin on his face. This guy is so rude it's unbelievable, Grow up. Even though the day before I was wrong, I did not act like you did. I asked you questions because i didn't understand, I didn't give you a self righteous smile, make a rude remark and throw food on the counter like that with a grudge.Do better

1. The food is cold and doesn’t look appetizing.2. They put chocolate in the cappuccino without asking me.3. The store management is very rude. Vicky and Emma in particular speak very rudely to customers4. It is clear that there are not enough people and the staff is working too hard. Especially at lunchtime5. Bought expired chips, management did not keep track of food dates6. I request the regional manager to pay attention to the management of this store and take action

Long queues but cheap coffee. The staff are friendly and very hardworking! I accidentally bought a big bag of cookies last time I was there, and this might be something management should address, because I often go to Greggs to buy coffee and accidentally buy big bags of cookies too...
Love their caramel hot chocolate and some vegan bakes! Could be kept warmer though. They mostly get cold by the time a stock/ batch ends.

The staff are generally friendly and are quick to point out the deals, which usually work out better than buying a single item. It's almost like Greggs want us to buy more for less and eat more!Update it's open on Sundays again! The queues during the week are often far too long stretching a Ross Alexandra Square, the store does have 3 or 4 till points but they never have more than 2 open even at peak times.
