Long queues but cheap coffee. The staff are friendly and very hardworking! I accidentally bought a big bag of cookies last time I was there, and this might be something management should address, because I often go to Greggs to buy coffee and accidentally buy big bags of cookies too...

The staff are generally friendly and are quick to point out the deals, which usually work out better than buying a single item. It's almost like Greggs want us to buy more for less and eat more!Update it's open on Sundays again! The queues during the week are often far too long stretching a Ross Alexandra Square, the store does have 3 or 4 till points but they never have more than 2 open even at peak times.

The only reason I go to Greggs, and the only reason it exists in my opinion, are their sausage rolls. Amazing little things, these are. The criss-cross pattern pastry was always baked to near perfection, neatly laid down in rows upon rows on the large oven tray, emitting its signature golden-brown crust.
