Order never received after 2.5hrs, and no way to contact this restaurant digitally or arrange refund. Avoid. Phone line has been disconnected.Have been a customer here for years, the food is always very good, which makes this a shame. Delivery this year and ordering experience has been getting worse. Never ordering from this place again. Website and app don't work. No way to contact to refund except in person. I'd hate to see a local business go under in 2023 but the days are surely numbered at this level of service. Avoid.

food turned up one hour 15 mins late - ordered through just eat and like other customers have experienced, they turn their phone off to calls, which leaves you between a rock and a hard place; eta went back incrementally... and no way to get money back.Chips were either reheated or kept warm for ages so had gone bad. Rest was lukewarm.
