Ordered Burgers, fries for 3 and shake for my son. To be fair the food was ok. But the shake never came with the order. I tried to contact by phone, no answer. And I left 2 messages that just got read and ignored. Obviously don't care about the business too much. No customer service skills whatsoever. So we won't be going back.

Disgusting customer service! Ordered food for the children at 6pm and they cancelled it at 8pm. No warning. Never answered their phones. Only got notification trying to chase through Morecambe eats.

One of the worst smash burgers ever. The Mexican deluxe was horrible, as was the chicken fillet burger. The chips tasted as if they were fried in oil used over and over again. Never again.

took 2 hours to come, food portions are small could of gone to maccies instead would've been cheaper and better. Also forgot our milkshake and promised us 2 came back another 2 hours later just with one. shocking customer service!!

Worst food I’ve had in a long time, cost £32 for two burger meals (with shakes) the burgers came the same size as a £1 McDonald’s cheeseburger, ordered a double Donner burger and it didn’t even have donor on it so ended up with a double cheese burger, chips are just the standard takeaway chips. Paid £7.5 to get delivered and it took over an hour. Milkshakes are nice but the food is a massive let down. Won’t be going again way over priced for what was served.

Absolute con artists. Ordered a pizza 90 minutes before closing time; was assured it was en route 15 minutes before closing time. Lo and behold, midnight comes and there's no delivery. Not only am I out of pocket, I've wasted my time waiting for this shysters. Get in the bin.

This place had lovely burgers and fries for a while and I'd get it once a fortnight. The gourmet burgers have shrunk in size and they're just coarse and full of gristle. They now come crispy because the patties are so thin. No salt on the fries on the last two orders.The burgers used to be wrapped in foil so whenever they arrived they were hot but now they're not they come cold. Chops soggy and anaemic looking. Overpriced rubbish named gourmet. Definitely not close to gourmet.Kebabs are just vile. Will not order here again.

Got a chicken wrap and some curly fries , I asked for the curly fries white mayo and red salt on . My order was 2 hours late , and the delivery driver tried to tell me I spelt my OWN address wrong , I asked to see the receipt and it was spelt the right way . When I opened my order there was rips all in the curly fries box . There was no mayo or red salt on the curly fries . All my food was freezing and the chicken wrap had barely any mayo or salad on it . The chicken itself tasted undercooked and the actual bread for it all was dry and hard . Hated the whole experience will never buy again
